I placed an order for Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Concert Blu-ray discs over the telephone. The automated service not only took 30 minutes but kept trying to sell me a myriad of other products in which I had no interest. When you pressed a button to decline, it would offer the product to you again! I had no choice but to endure the entire message given that I had already provided my credit card information and did not have a confirmation. What's worse, the very next day, I called Time Life to cancel my order and they refused. I was told that my order was not in the system and to please try back in a few days. The following day, I tried again and was told that my order had already shipped out. Worst of all, my credit card was charged and I never received the discs in the mail. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charges. Please stay away!
