Great "bucket list" experience for a long time Nuggets fan to finally go to a game at Ball Arena in person! Exciting game and amazing game presentation by the Nuggets staff: Video, music, DJ, drums, scoreboard, Rocky, dancers, fan interaction is best in NBA. Denver came back late to win it 112-103. Venue is still holding up well. Seats are on the smaller size width-wise. But the location of the seats for the price was outstanding... and TickPick stands out because they don't show/add fees. The price is the price. Thats tremendous. Awesome night!
My husband looked at $2000 court side tickets to Miami Heat but did NOT press any button or request to purchase or in any way buy them. 5 mins later he got an email saying he bought them. Called and emailed TickPick immediately and they said too bad you own them just sell them. Called cc and reported the fraud and they cancelled card but he still had tickets. Now Tick pick said he can't resell them until fraud review is complete and that is unlikely to happen before game. Even if he is able to resell them he will still be out over $300 due to fees and that's assuming he can resell at same high price which is unlikely since prices will probs fall if game isn't sold out as date gets closer. So buyer beware — no customer service or protection or help and something wrong when they can take $2000 from you without any authorization or cc pin or anything.
Had a problem where I bought tickets at the arena and had to stand outside in the freezing cold waiting about 20 minutes for the "seller to approve the order." If a seller lists tickets the transaction should be instant.

Error made on my part. Customer service contacted within minutes. Hard line no on doing the right thing. No one was affected in the 3 minutes. They also refuse immediate delivery of tickets. So I can't have tickets to attempt to sell them with a reputable company and can't have my money back. Issue here. Have started dispute with credit card company. Buyer beware with this company.
TickPick is usually my go to app for tickets. But your re-sellers are true scam artists! I paid $125 on a $30 ticket! That is insane. And the ticket was not for a Beyonce/Ariana type artist. TickPick should set better standards on pricing for resellers. I don't want to feel scammed just because i bought a ticket a little too late
I brought ticket to Carolina Panthers home game against Tampa Bay buccaneers from ticpick. Getting the ticket to me even though it's was delayed by 24 hours then orginal promised delivery date it's was still pretty good. What keeping me from giving a 5 start review is not being able to see in advance the seat that you a buy ticket. Which can make a massive difference as far viewing game from your seat.

Not perfect, but better than the rest. I like that they give you the actual price of the tick. Delivery is reliable and haven't had any issues.

I bought tickets to a Wizards vs. Nets game last minute on my way to the game. I received a great deal, but was nervous since I needed the tickets asap. I gave customer service a call, and they told me that they would call the seller. I received the tickets within five minutes of that phone call. The game was great, I saved money, and I received great customer service. Thanks TickPick!
So, I bought tickets to a UCLA basketball game -- downloaded, no problem. Then I bought tickets to a USC basketball game -- and that's when things went off the rails.
The tickets were mobile only. But that didn't work. So I tried 'claiming' them as printable. The seller 'transferred them to me -- but because I'd claimed them as printable and they were mobile-only, they disappeared into somewhere between the seller and me. TickPick couldn't do anything, I couldn't do anything, USC couldn't do anything -- at least not by phone.
The happy ending to the story is that when I got to the box office and showed them the email I'd printed out saying I'd claimed the tickets, they just re-printed real ones and it all worked out fine.
The "integration" between some college box offices and secondary sites like this one is definitely lacking -- but it's hard to pin blame (well, okay: mostly I blame SC).

Purchased the tickets as a gift for my husband who is a fan but had never watched a game in person. Nice seats for the price. Seat pictures help a lot, but make seats look closer than they were. I didn't know tickets aren't immediately transferred and accessible once you buy it, which was upsetting. But I got them in time for the event. Tickpick app is practical. I'd suggest the app gives you the option of adding parking to your purchase before check out. Staff was helpful at the event.
Tip for consumers:
Buy parking ahead. Big purses don’t enter the event and you have to end up spending on a locker (their website was having trouble). “Share” tickets button doesn’t simply share the ticket with your party, but invalidates the first access you got. Just stick to the first link of access you are able to see your tickets on. Make sure your party enters all together.

Tickpick is the best ticket app in my opinion. With no fees, cheap tickets, and overall a good experience on the App. You adjust if you want to be closer or farther. With helpful filters for cheap and expensive tickets, Tickpick is everyone's app. You even track prices as they change! And they even give you credit to use on buying tickets! But I have this 4 stars cause I wish there were more promo codes to use. Overall, Tickpick is a great app and I will use Tickpick all the time for tickets.
Excellent option the graph to just check and see if the moment is right to buy. Prices, although high, seemed a little more real than on the other pages. I used Gametime, but it doesn't show the prices that this app gives; instead, it remains faithful to Ticketmaster, which is incredibly expensive.
It was not quite what I expected I thought we had our bathrooms on the floor where we were no waiter cause they called off An then I got a pizza An it was cold had to leave concrete to go back An no refund had to get another pizza.I work at a casino am we refund money or credit back no manager was available so for a thousand dollars no was not happy nice venue.I use Tick pick a lot
Love the concept of lining up a ticket seller and buyer. Tickpick informs of the name and there is a hidden verification step. In my case this took less than 30 mins. The next step is critical where the ticket is exposed for access through Ticketmaster. This took dozens of tries over several hours. No change in process but at some point it just gave up the goods. Then accessing the ticket in Ballpark worked seamlessly. I'm cheap and patient so I'd do it again. If this isn't you, beware.

I easily picked out tickets I wanted for a show and they were listed cheaper, no fees and transferred to me rather quickly! The only thing I noticed is I didn't know what seat I had but I was able to see the Section and row. I usually like to pick an aisle seat which I didn't get. Not sure if it was something I did wrong but that would be my only concern with the site is if you want to be able to pick your seat! Otherwise they were legit.

But, could you please send the tickets upon purchase, like you used to, rather than waiting and worrying that there could be a problem? A day or two before the event is not enough time for correction. My guys had flights the next morning.

Concert was good, I enjoyed it. Drinks over price kind of expensive. Yes I recommended to buy tickets using this website, they don't charge for a fee transfers and service. Its kind of ridiculous to pay for extra service,

Great event. Easy to get the ticket. Instructions to access to the venue were missing though; no laptop inside the place.
Overall, the whole processbof buying our tickets through this platform was very easy. I tried to find VIP or Meet & Greet ticket options but they were either sold out or don't provide them through this platform. We had a great time at the show so that was not a significant issue.
Bought tickets to an event 2 days prior, so I was a little nervous that I would 't get them in time. But they came in right on time. This was the second time buying the same tickets because Vivid Seats scammed me. So thankful for TickPick
