Disgraceful service, I bought a ticket that was never transferred to my name I spent £200. I asked for help on the night but no one was available to help. The guy who sold me the ticket was conveniently available as soon as the event ended.
When raising a dispute, ticketswap did nothing to help and eventually sided with the person who sold the ticket even though they had no tangible evidence that I could in fact use the ticket.
Ticketswap in their closing statement told me that I should deal with it with o2 directly the biggest joke is in fact the ticket is not in my name so I have no rights to speak with o2 about it.
The biggest peice of tabgible evidence overlooked by ticketswap in this case was the fact that the ticket provided was not in my name and the ticket also told you to transfer the ticket to the app.
Ticketswap is an absolute disgrace and I will be contacting the ombudsman
Was looking for a ticket for Sziget Festival, it's almost impossible. However, Support Team is nice and always there to help. Maybe it is all about luck...
Platform is written by incompetent people who have no idea how to program anything.
Apparently, their platform knows better what my bank account is than me and the bank I registered it to. It does not allow me to sell tickets in the currency of my bank account, as it tells me that "it is not on this currency.".
The IBAN check they use is complete garbage. This whole platform is probably written by interns who have no skill whatsoever.
Here is an example error message you will get while trying to stay sane using this monstrosity:
"Your bank currently doesn't support BGN. Change the currency to EUR or use a different bank account."
You should definitely fire the person who programmed this check, because my bank account is in BGN, and you are trying to make me switch to a currency (EUR) which will be used to convert to BGN and charge me more fees during the transaction.
How is this okay? How are these checks made? What is wrong with your finance and engineering team? How are you even allowed to operate in my country? I will tell you - Americans should not be allowed to operate in Europe. You people ruin everything for everybody in the world.
To the staff of ticketswap:
Learn what multi-currency IBAN is before dipping your incompetent toes in payment systems. Your engineering team is shameful. They should all be fired immediately.
