We would of liked to have our downloadable tickets sooner than 10/16/18. But it was a very simple process for ordering.

Very good service, offered tickets when the event was still unvalaible. I am recommending tickets. Expert to all my friends. I look forward to the venue. I was unhappy with the service fee but it will pay off when I get to go to the game.

Very simple website although the service charge was a little ridiculous. I would use you guys again.

Watch out for the service fees if not a US citizen... they will get ya! Original total crept up by another $80 USD by the time the order was completed.

It was very easy to buy the tickets I wanted, but I was shocked with the added service fees and on top of that, another charge for the privilege of printing the tickets myself. Geez.

While my experience ordering the tickets was easy the $80 x 2 "fees" left me with a bad feeling. Not cool.

Great process add ability to add parking after ticket selection and things will be better and more efficient as i had to curcle back around and 100 is silky

Many of us love our cultural Icons, but trying to see them in person is so disappointing because ticket venders such as this have us by the short hairs. The service charge per ticket was nearly $30. Are you kidding me? Someone is putting their 12 kids through college riding on the coattails of super stars. Pearl Jam tried to do something about this blatant exploitation a couple of decades ago and was unsuccessful. But I would dearly love it if performers banded together and put an end to the parasites.

Good site but they buy up all the tickets to resell with a service fee! Overall at least was able to find decent tickets.

Everything was easy until I had to fill out this review. Its very time consuming and I Just want my tickets I spent good money on. Its really annoying because now I will receive a bunch of spam emails for filling out this review.

This is the first time ordering from this website. Wasn't terrible but wasn't great, plus the service fee is extremely expensive for no reason.

Dont appreciate the survey before I can actually get the tix. The order was as expected...

Aside from the massive service fee (20+ dollars PER ticket) the buying process is easy. The only thing I hated was the ticket printed out with the actual cost if I were to buy at the gate ($35) I paid $54.00 ea plus a 20 dollar service fee. Kinda crappy.

The costs of the service and delivery fees are too high. This is very discouraging. The website is excellent. The ease of use is excellent. It is also very easy to order and print the ticket information with an order number. However, I do not know the costs that are incurred on behalf of ticket experts in order to make money.
$36.04 and $15.00.

Easy to use, but sick of so many online purchasing fees! This one is the same as them all! Ticket price total for 2 tickets - $32.00. Total purchase price with Fees - $50! Fees suck!

The website is well laid out and easy to use and the service fee (at least in my case) seemed reasonable, but it was also hidden away on the last page. Transparency in these things always makes for a better customer experience! I would also prefer not to review until I actually have the tickets in hand... (which does not appear to be an option).

Process ok, pickup info could.be more streamlined other than that happy wih the process. We still habent receibed info on where to pickup tickets so needs to be near theatre
