When I didn't get confirmation I emailed, no response. 2nd July I phoned customer services and was told to email with the subject urgent. No response. The event was the 4th of July and I had to buy new tickets from a different provider. I emailed again to explain i never recieved the tickets, they emailed back saying it was emailed to me on the 24th of June. No emails at all, including junk mail and other folders. I feel totally robbed and there's nothing I can do about it. Avoid like the plague! Buy tickets from ticket master.

I order 2 Luke Combs concert tickets for Nov 22,2022 in London Ont, Canada on Aug 5. There were multiple red flags right from the start; 1: I never received an order confirmation email. 2: I was supposed to receive my tickets via email on Aug 8 and I never did (it is now Oct 7). 3: I called multiple times and never actually go through to a real person, just the automated voice. I checked the status of my tickets through an option on the phone and it said they had already emailed them to me and that they will resend them, which they never did. I also emailed them twice and I never got a response, I got a generated email saying that the email address was no longer in use but there was no other email address on their website. I have applied for a dispute on this purchase because this site is definitely a scam. I just ended up buying new tickets from a different site which didn't have hidden service fees so it was cheaper anyways! Do not buy from Tickets. Expert!

The Service Charge is way too expensive. The whole time you think you're getting a really good deal and feeling this is a 5 star experience until you get to the very, very end to click 'purchase' and BOOM there's an outrageous few hundred dollar service fee that puts the total price over competitor sites. Misleading and a shady way of doing business!
Ordered 4 tickets for College Football Championship. Spoke to TWO women on the phone prior to purchasing. BOTH told me the tickets are locked in and I would receive eTickets on January 4th, 2017. I then received TWO emails confirming price and that the tickets would be sent. I live in NJ and made travel and lodging arrangements to Atlanta, Ga. Where the game will be on January 8th.
6 hours later I received an email stating that there was an error and I would not get tickets. I called and spoke to one woman and then supervisor, Jeanette. I was told that a "NEW" employee listed them by mistake. I asked if they would resolve it with other tickets, since I paid for airfare and lodging. I was told no and that I could go on-line and try and purchase other tickets. At this point UGA won the play-off game, are playing in Georgia for the Championship, tickets skyrocketed and I'm out my money for accommodations. In closing supervisor Jeanette suggested I try and get a refund from the airline! I spent 35 years in NJ law enforcement retiring as a chief and sheriff, this is the first time I've ever fallen for such a SCAM. After all those years dealing with criminals and these bad guys "Tickets.Experts.com" got me.
Unhappy right now. Haven't been able to download my tickets. I'm checking the site every ten minutes for my email conformation.
They charged me $100 per ticket handling fee! But I saw this about when I looked at the receipt about a minute after I ordered the tickets. I called customer service to cancel; he led me to believe he'd cancel the order. He didn't. I called about 2-days later. They acknowledged I tried to cancel about a minute after the order but said they had a no cancellation policy - even if you cancel a minute later.
The price ended up being way more than ticketmaster but we were led to this site first and didn't know that ticketmaster offered tickets for this event. Very disappointed.
The service fee is too high. I don't mind paying the $257.00 for the ticket BUT a $78.39 fee on top of the price? Why? I am also picking up my ticket myself at the WILLCALL window,
We did not receive our 15 percent discount as there was no where to plug in our code TESAVE556IN. We would not have bought the nov 6 $37 tickets if we had not been promised the discount by you.
The $50 service fee is too much, email communication is slow, the directions for how to use the tickets isn't there, it's hard to tell if you've got the actual tickets, I've seen the seats cheaper on other sites, and their customer service for answering questions about how to get the tickets has a 20-30 minute wait time (I had to call twice, they hung up on me after the first call).
We purchased Bruno Mars tickets, as the concert date neared I became nervous about delivery. I was told they would be released 48 hours before the concert, then I was told they would deliver 11 noon the next day, Now Im told that they would deliver 8:00 the same day. With no tickets in hand I spoke to a manager who is telling me they will deliver before the concert (get this 23 hours from now). I do not recommend Ticket Expert and will never use them again.
33% above and beyond the price of the tickets for a service is over the top and the service fee wasn't shown until the purchase. I won't be using tickets expert again. Id rather not see the show that pay that exuberant service fee again.
Bought 2 tickets to the Leafs vs Washington. We were sent two Raptors tickets. The agent on the phone could care less. After requesting to speak to a manager, I was told there was not one available, after much time, and me requesting a replacement she told me the only seats available were further away from the ice and over twice the price. I laughed, then she said to hold on a manager had just come in. I was put on hold for 20 min then the phone was cut off. I called back, spoke to an agent who said a third party had made a mistake and there was nothing they could do. There were no more tickets. He said he was sympathetic and would have his supervisor call back. That was over a week ago and he's not calling back. SCAM SCAM SCAM...
Bought 3 tickets to see Foreigner. Paid an outrageous $361.71. I would have paid $210 with taxes and fees through Ticketmaster. Tried to get out of it less than an hour after purchase when I realized my mistake and was told too bad. Never again will I work with this company and neither should you. You're better off with Stub Hub or Ticketmaster.

My biggest beef is that at the end of the order you tack on service charges that are 20-30% of the ticket value and another $8.00 to send me the ticket so I can print it? RIDICULOUS! SO I PURCHASED 2 32.00 SEATS AND THE TOTAL WAS $117... Why don't you just sell the seats for the total price? This sucks...
I bought two tickets for an NBA game in Portland scheduled on Nov 11,2018. Downloaded the tickets only to realized on the gate that the tickets were already scanned meaning, somebody have already used it. Luckily, ticketmaster helped me by un-scanning the ticket to get entry. Upon finding my seats, they were already occupied and we're shown identical tickets as i have. The tickets i had was sold twice..
