Paid for the tickets and recieved no confirmation or receipt. The website said when I purchased on the 24th June that my tickets would be texted to me on the 1st of July. When I didn't get confirmation I emailed, no response. 2nd July I phoned customer services and was told to email with the subject urgent. No response. The event was the 4th of July and I had to buy new tickets from a different provider. I emailed again to explain i never recieved the tickets, they emailed back saying it was emailed to me on the 24th of June. No emails at all, including junk mail and other folders. I feel totally robbed and there's nothing I can do about it. Avoid like the plague! Buy tickets from ticket master.

Easy to navigate and see the section you are buying tickets in. But then they didn't give seat numbers after I purchased the tickets, just the row number and section. I hope all the seats are together! Also, the service charges are the highest I've ever paid. I'll be taking Tickets. Expert off my list to buy tickets from in the future.
Ticket prices are very high and then added service charge is more than any other company I have ever used. Tickets are not emailed when ordered which leads to concerns over delivery.
I ordered my tickets however this is a conformation e mail stating I purchased said tickets but I do not have the actual link on receiving the tickets. If I am putting in a review why would you ask for one now before I have received my actual e-tickets? Hopefully after I write this It will be sent to my e-mail not the day of or before the actual concert date.
Very simple and secure... I didn't like the expensive service fee of $31.00 per ticket. Don't think I will use the service again. I would have saved $62.00 dollars at the box office if I wasn't so lazy.

It was ok, but too much trouble to print my ticket. And a service fee of 20 dollars making my total be over 80$.
If it's important to you to have this out of the way - this is not the way to go. It reminds me of the camp out to get tickets things in the old days - kinda stressful
As subject stated, there's an outrageous $15 fee for paperless tickets, on top of the $15 service fee! And there was no option for anything else since I bought the tickets on the day of the show.

Service fee is too expensive. I ended up buying the event insurance in the event I can't attend the concert. Because of the additional cost for the service fees and insurance, I had to sacrifice for sub par seats.

There are too many steps to receive a order that I paid for. I shouldn't have deal with doing reviews with a third party. Just send my order. Also lower those service fees.

I had been searching to find good tickets to a nearly sold out concert. I was thrilled when I found them on Ticket. Expert. I admit the service was excellent as the tickets were available for download within minutes after purchasing. Unfortunately, this is when I noticed a $117.12 service fee had been applied to each ticket! Needless to say, I am very disappointed.

User friendly, but service fees are ridiculous! Unfortunately I will not receive my tickets until 2 days before the show which is in December. But I had to pay for them today. Personally I think I shouldn't have to pay until I receive what I bought. I hope there is not a problem when the time comes.
I got tickets bought from under me twice while they were in my cart. This is ridiculous, thats why you have a time limit when they are in your basket. If i press "purchase " i shouldnt get denined.
I also bought these for some clients and the fees are so obscure that it is not reflected on the invoice and I cant expense something that isn't shown on the invoice for its only on my credit card statement.
I could have purchased a 3rd ticket for what their service fee cost. $18 per ticket is ridiculous. They say their service fee is to maintain their website and excellent customer service... but almost $40 in service fees on two tickets is not really screaming customer service... but that's just my opinion. That being said, my tickets were sent almost immediately to my email account and in my hand within 2 minutes of the order. Doesn't anyone send a hard ticket anymore? I miss a good old ticket stub for my collection.
The $15.95 service fee is unbelievable! They try to trick you a the very end when you click the button to fully complete the order. It was a quick process, but the fees are way too much money.
Fees are INSANE! Bought 2 tickets for $97 a piece. My card was charged $267! I'll never use this site again. I let my friend find tickets for me. Never should of trusted someone else to buy my tickets
