Paid for the tickets and recieved no confirmation or receipt. The website said when I purchased on the 24th June that my tickets would be texted to me on the 1st of July. When I didn't get confirmation I emailed, no response. 2nd July I phoned customer services and was told to email with the subject urgent. No response. The event was the 4th of July and I had to buy new tickets from a different provider. I emailed again to explain i never recieved the tickets, they emailed back saying it was emailed to me on the 24th of June. No emails at all, including junk mail and other folders. I feel totally robbed and there's nothing I can do about it. Avoid like the plague! Buy tickets from ticket master.
Good service overall but a bit confusing in trying to print my tickets I think maybe I'm not tech Davey enough
Nice website... gives a view of seat and price side by side... cheaper also(upper level)... service fees are high though

This was great to do thanks so much the concierge was awesome who helped us to book this and I hope she has a great life. This was the cheapiest and easiest way to book something and we will do this again one day when we return to Canada.

Purchased 3 tickets to hockey game, paid about $2 more than the face value with the add on(s). A pleasant surprise to say the least where as before I have been dinged for $40 plus US per ticket! I'll be back...
I ordered for a particular row in Schubert Theater and had my order changed. While this may have been beyond your control, if it was to give the tickets to someone more important than us, that is not a very acceptable way of handling customers. No explanation was ever given, which I feel should have been.
I do appreciate that I got a call from the ticket office.

Im not sure about this but my concert is tmr and I need to get my tickets. Please don't take long to send them it my first time buying from this site hoping nothing bad will happen

Access and the hole order process was simple and easy. It take you strait to where you want to be. Haven't seen many similar order website so far.

Fast and easy site! Got these tickets for my boyfriends birthday and they have some great deals, excited to go to the game now that I got good seats for a good prices.
Easy to see many different ticket prices. Ticket transfer from seller to buyer happened quickly. I did have to confirm my tickets through Ticketmaster, but I did not mind because I already have an account with them. My only problem is the additional fees after the ticket purchase. It's a gift for my husband, wouldn't do this regularly.

Picking up tickets is to me old school. Intstant download is preferrable. The notification of pick up location is also not given after purchase. First time user and concerned.

Easy to navigate website - quick service. I agree that the fees were a lot higher than I thought they'd be. Hope my son enjoys his Christmas gift.
The fees are ridiculously high, but honestly that's no differently than anywhere else. For the "convenience" of shopping online we pay $3+. That said, the actual purchase was quick and simple. Ultimately this about my family having a good time, I try not to get bent about $3 when I'm already paying well over $250.
This was my first yime using this site. It was a very quick and easy process to get tickets. Will definitely use it again.
