Ticket prices have gotten out of control. $20 per ticket "service charge" on top of that is outrageous. But as far as the site function and ease of use of the sites involved, yes, great. You make it way too easy for me to overpay for a child's first White Sox game with his dad and grandpa. Kudos.
Anybody hear about the pandemic that hit the planet? Most, if not all major companies have made adjustments to accommodate the limitations created by the pandemic. This company simply refuses. I have called multiple times trying to either exchange or refund my tickets and all they do is argue. Their customer service is horrible, they keep interrupting me and refused to escalate the situation. I'm leaving terrible reviews anywhere I can and will never use this company in the future.
Credit card billing address had to be exact down to a missing period before order would go through. Just frustrating from the processor
2 days after I bought the tickets the show was cancelled and rescheduled for a year from the original date. No refund was issued because Ticketoffices is a third party seller so they don't even ever posses the tickets or the money paid for the tickets, they are just a website people post tickets for sale on. So unless the event gets cancelled altogether, I'm out over $600 and have to try to plan to make it a year out.
Ridiculously expensive. Service was good so far. Tough to swallow 100% charge. One lives to learn, pity
It didn't work properly on my phone. I could not see the map. All the fees that were charged specifically the email delivery fee does not justify this type of service and the uncertainty that I am byuing the best option available. I just don't have enough time to buy the tickets later. Next time, I will try to buy directly at the Hylton Center.
When I ordered these tickets I didn't realize it was a resale site. Paid way more than the tickets were originally plus the extra add on fees for buying from this site added another 20% to the cost of the price paid for the tickets. Saved writing this review since it was a resale site. Was fully prepared to have the tickets denied as illegitimate at the gate. Those disappointments expressed, i got my tickets via email and the tickets did work. Guess I learned a pricey lesson about resale of tickets.
I need seats at the end of the row/isle due to medical reasons, when purchasing tickets I have no idea where I'm sitting in the row.
frustrating as trying to find a seat, only to have the chart not reflect the actual name listed in your seating options. Also, why am I being charged a service charge of 40 per person when I am doing all of the work?
A $7.50 fee to download tickets? $16 service fee per ticket? These are outrageous fees for services that requires nothing but the purchases making a few clicks. Total rip off.

would prefer option of recieving physical tickets by mail. Lack of physical Ticket makes it easy for venue to lie and say reservation does not exist

Service charge of $71.92 per ticket is too much. The tickets are costly as is and this additional charge is the worse I have ever seen.

Ultimately my fault for not paying more attention. I could have got the tickets for less than half what it cost. It is a scam. You basically put your order in and then they get the tickets and send them to you. The tickers are much more than they would be if you just went through ticket-master. I am kicking myself for not paying more attention and hopefully someone will learn from my mistake. The only good thing was I got the tickets. Which I probably would have been able to get anyways.

I don't like the process, nor do I like e-tickets but the system worked. A real pain to get the tickets printed.
Fees have become so excessive and numerous that it discourages more frequent attendance as did happen in the past.
Ordered tickets 9/21 and i just found out the venue still has tickets that are 110% cheaper. Pretty disappointing. Wish i had called there first. Now i am wondering if i will even get the tickets. They gave me a first name and a phone number of the apparent owner of the tickets, who did not answer when i called. Not feeling very good about this. No verified seat number which leads me to believe the tickets are not pre-purchased, and not directly connected to the real tickets offices. Feels pretty shady. If the tickets work out I will update this post but for now i must star it accordingly at 2, Mike H
Website is poor. Can't see stadium seating. Can't select individual seats. Service charge (about 30% upcharge from ticket cost) is ridiculous. Then an "Instant Download" fee of $7.50 is an insult. If I didn't have a guest coming in from Denver who wants to see a baseball game I would not have completed the order. I will avoid this site if at all possible in the future.
