“THOUGHT I had an issue, but they helped solve it!”

I had two charges listed on my statement for large amounts. I was not able to identify the specific events due to the limited information on the statement and online. I contacted Ticket Monster and we worked it all out. They were prompt and detailed. Heck, they even made sure I was me with a couple of details that were only on my tickets to verify the security! I TOTALLY understand frustration with the current chaos of events, but, my events are still pending rescheduling or a decision to cancel. So, IF they do cancel, I expect Ticket Monster to contact me via email with the procedure on how it will go. But until the events are cancelled officially, I will hold onto the emails, tickets and contact information! I appreciate the thoroughness of the three reps that contacted me... on a Sunday! Patience pays off... most of the time. For those of us that are frustrated, it makes it a bit more of a 'challenge' to wait for help/resolution/refund/updates. I HOPE I do not have to send another review professing my frustrations IF the events are cancelled and I do NOT get the notifications about refunds... I will write an equally disappointed review... but I feel it won't need to happen!

I purchased tickets to Jimmy Buffet in March before COVID hit for a concert in Denver in September and it was re-scheduled for September 2021. Refunds should be automatic for a concert re-scheduled out that far into the future. Heck either I or Buffet may not even be alive then. I have requested a refund and was denied. I will never, ever by anything from Ticket Monster or their parent company Groupon again!

Nba ticket for March 29th
I received an email from ticket monster saying I will be reimbursed but I'm waiting already for 5 months. I explain that they cannot transfer the amount to the same card used to buy the tickets because the card had to be changed as I lost it. Probably the worst service I ever experienced. Absolutely no one answers to my concrete question. Please don't use this service they are stealing people's money!

Final sale, nonrefundable, postponed concert, totally fraudulent, will never do business with Ticket Monster ever again and I highly advise that anyone and everyone stay as far away from Ticket Monster as possible. I was told via e-mail by a rep that I should no longer reach out to them about a refund as it floods their system. Wtf.

Don't purchase your tickets with ticket monster. It's too risky, you might loose your money. All cpments you can find in the net are really true: This company is either not willing or not able to pay the refund if the event is cancelled. I' ve been waitung for more then 5 month for the refund since the NBA match was cancelled due to Corona. No service might be worse.

Worsest agency ever- completely unreliable. You will loose your money and will have nothing more than lots of trouble as many customers before.

I am a legit Ticket Broker who sells over $50,000 of tickets a month. I hate dealing with Ticket Monster on any level. As a regular consumer you have no rights. They will cancel your purchase up to 1 hour before an event and offer you nothing except a "Sorry - It's in our Terms & Conditions". Use Ticketmaster, StubHub, SeatGeek, & Vivid Seats before you even think about buying a ticket on Ticket Monster. I purchased tickets for a basketball game and had them cancelled 1 day before an event. Had to scramble and find a solution for my buyer so they didn't get let down. Think what you want about Ticket Brokers but I actually care about people having a good time - Ticket Monster doesn't!

Don't use it - Look elsewhere

Complete fraud
Complete fraud. Advertised Simon and Garfunkel, for a tribute band.
Would not cancel sale after I immediately realized the deception.
FRAUD.

I did not realize I was purchasing from a third party agent before they were on sale to the general public. I admit that I was ignorant of how concert ticket sales are done these days. I paid an exorbitant amount for what I thought were decent seats. They were electronic tickets that arrived about 3 weeks after the original purchase. They were obstructed view! This was not disclosed when purchasing the tickets or I never would have purchased them at the price they were charging. When I called to inquire, Ticket Monster told me that they were a final sale and nothing could be done. However, I could give them away because my name is not on them... really?

WHAT A SCAM! Placed an order (#*******) for Disney World in early Jan. Original dates were for 05/25-05/31 AS NOTED ON THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Obviously Disney World CLOSED due to covid. I was offerred an extension, which does nothing for me because 05/25 was my original travel date.

Customer support phone line does nothing and email rep gave me an abrupt "No refunds will be offered" with no additional information. What a scam. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. I ordered through AAA. And as a member, I'm frustrated.

I will gladly update my review if i could get ANY support from Ticket Monster

I ordered tickets to the 2020 NHL Winter Classic on the Ticket Monster website. Later that day, I received an email from Ticket Monster indicating my tickets were cancelled (I was told the seller could not meet his/her obligation). I then reordered tickets on Ticket Monster for different seats (now much more expensive), only to have my order cancelled AGAIN this time LESS THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE THE GAME STARTED. Ticket Monster was unwilling to provide replacement tickets (because the price had increased again), so we ended up missing the entire event. Although they promised a refund, our day was ruined due to this unprofessional and unreliable company. I do NOT recommend using Ticket Monster.

Covid 19 caused my event to be cancled and this place gives me a credit for a event not my money back im laid off and would like my money back but they will not give me my money. This place is horrible and i cant talk to anybody cause they will not answer my calls

I purchased Disneyland Tickets from AAA web site and unknown to me they were using Ticket Monster!
Of course my trip was cancelled in April because of all the Covid-19 shutdowns. The Airlines, Hotel, Rental Car all cancelled my reservations and returned my money. I called AAA and they politely said they don't handle the tickets I have to call ticket monster. Say what? I bought them on AAA's web site with my credit card number. NO the order is passed on to Ticket Monster. So I called Ticket Monster. They absolutely refused to issue a refund. How about extend the expiration? NO! They were non refundable tickets. Fine I will call and dispute the charges on my credit card. Ticket Monster fought it with the credit card company and WON! Now I'm out $700. Don't trust AAA and Don't trust Ticket Monster!

Avoid this seller at all costs. I thought I was buying tickets for Hamilton from the theater box office but it was Ticket Monster instead. Tried to get a refund but they said all sales are final. Now I'm stuck with more expensive tickets than I could have gotten elsewhere. Their representative on phone was no help. Partly this is my fault for not being more careful but this no refund policy is BS.

This company continues to broker ticket sales that are never completed by the third party. It is almost impossible to get help from a customer representative at TM. Find out who the primary ticket seller is for the event of inquiry and purchase from them! Cost of ticket is also inflated with this broker. Ticket monster never owns the tickets, they broker a deal and cannot ensure delivery of commitment.

Tickets received were screen shots and did not include the barcodes from the original (legitimate) TicketMaster. Ticket MONSTER is a MONSTER of a scam. They send you tickets that you cannot use, cannot sell, and are not legitimate tickets. When you reach out via phone and email asking for a refund or to receive the actual tickets with barcodes, they ignore you.

They are terrible. Every customer service rep lies to you. Tells you they are fixing the issue then do nothing.

They NEVER reach out to contact you. Tickets NEVER arrive.

This is the worst and most untruthful, useless company I've ever had to deal with.

Every call gets a different response.

Bought expensive VIP seats to a concert... here we are days from the concert (supposed to get tickets no later than a week out)... talk to customer service and get we'll get you tickets in 24-48 hours... and calling multiple times with that response... it's like... you want me to plan a trip to a concert without tickets? Even want me to show up without tickets and expect them to miraculously appear? No. I will never EVER purchase tickets from these people again. If I do end up getting them by some miracle and they work, i still won't change my mind. Do not ever even contemplate buying anything from these people. Not even a mild though. Stay the heck away.

We ordered tickets for Syracuse game 5 months in advance with a promise that we would be able to load them onto our phone in plenty of time for the game. As we got to 3 days before the game, we contacted customer service for a more exact time we could expect to get the tickets. They said we would definitely get them, but the seller hadn't sent them yet. We live 2 and a half hours away from Syracuse, so we were not driving out there without tickets. After 10 phone calls, and no tickets 16 hours before the game, we didn't go. We tried to get a refund and were told by several people that even though they didn't provide the tickets in the time promised, we would get nothing back. Efforts to reach someone actually in charge of this cluster were also unsuccessful. Don't waste your time. Will be contacting Syracuse attorney general.

I purchased 9 tickets from ticket monster for a concert 10 months before the concert. Two weeks prior to concert I am told that five of my tickets are no longer available and they gave me seats behind the stage. Was told that I could take those seats or get a refund and nothing else that they could do. So five of my friends go from front and center to not even seeing the stage. DO NOT PURCHASE TICKETS! GUARANTEE SEATS... not!

We ordered and paid nfl tickets in July. On October 3rd, 3 days before the game, I contacted help service via e-mail and asked about the delivery status of the tickets, because we didn´t receive them. Since there was no answer, no e-mail, I started calling helpline on Sunday morning October 6th, only hours before the game. I was kicked out several times, but finally succeded and talked about 25 minutes with a team member. He confirmed that there is an order for the game Vikings vs Giants, but couldn´t help me in finding the tickets. Then he told me not to worry, but to wait until one hour prior to the game. If the tickets wouldn´t be in our inbox until then, I should call again. So at noon, without any tickest or e-mails in our inbox, i tried 4 or 5 times again to call helpline, and was every time kicked out during the announciation of the call-back-function without a chance to enter my phone number.
And then on October 8th we get an email, that says we will get help with our ticket delivery. But the game was on October 6th! Neither did we receive any tickets, nor did they answered in time on our requests for support.

DO NOT BUY tickets from this company. I thought I was purchasing tickets from the St. James Theater Box office, but instead of taking me to Ticket Master, a company that I never had any issues buying tickets from, I ended up on Ticket Monster. I purchased 2 tickets to the Broadway show Frozen. The email confirmation states that the tickets will arrive 1-2 weeks before the event. I called the company on Monday because I still had not received the tickets and the show is a 2pm this Saturday. They told me they had no idea when the tickets would be mailed and I needed to call back the next day to find out when they would be shipped out. I told them what their email stated about getting the tickets 1 - 2 weeks ahead of time and they just said "the tickets are non-refundable and they are coming from a seller so we have no idea when they will be delivered." When I spoke with them the following day they said the tickets would be sent Fedex to my house and they would arrive before my flight left for NY. Well my flight leaves in 4 hours and I still don't have the tickets. I called FedEx and they said they would arrive by 8pm tonight. My child is extremely disappointed because we will not be seeing the show. This is one of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. I am going to make sure that I post on every social media forum so people do not waste their money buying tickets from this company.

This company is a scam I bought a Sam's club card from them and it didn't work and now they will not refund my money after they said they would and this company loves to hang up on you and be rude!

Wow! Such a scam-NEVER buy tickets from "THE TICKET MONSTER" aka Orlando Fun Tickets? Bought concert tics 5 months ago and the show is tomorrow. They are General Admission Tickets and they are telling me they have 1 hour before the show to get the tickets delivered or I will get a refund! Are you kidding Ticket Monster? I obviously wanted to go to the concert not drive 2 hours, pay for parking, miss the good seats, only to find out I don't have tickets! Not to mention waiting on hold 3 different times for over 20 minutes to hear this crap!
