I got my dress sadly it was too small, but I contacted customer service right away and they helped me with the return process and sent me a new one that fits great! So I am happy! It came to Canada in 3 weeks. I will buy again, just take a closer look at the size description on each item next time.

I ordered 2 shirts (that equaled maybe $80) and after about 2 months received them and they were such bad quality! I ordered larges and they barely fit my friend who wears and x-small. When I contacted them about returning they told me I had to pay for shipping which was going to cost around 30-40 dollars to send back to China! Not at all like advertised! Never order from here! It's a scam!

Look like it was really made for me. Fits perfectly! Very classy and design, the fabric was great it does not fade after how many washes. Good customer service. And definitely, I will order again.

Absolutely horrible clothing and even worse customer service. I requested to return my item for a smaller size for over a month. When they finally responded, they said it was too late, regardless of my contacting the company the day I received the item. Very disappointed. The clothing was cheap and see-through, yet it was described as being made from linen. Very confused. Very appalled at the company.

Today I got my clear heels and they look good! They came in 3 weeks to my country. I asked customer service about the sizes and they helped me out getting the one for me. I saw them on Instagram and loved then so had to have them. I was a bit skeptical because of this reviews but everything turned out great.

Dreadful material. Doesn't look or fit like the photo. Highly flammable
I urge you not to buy from tia nova... and when you want to return you have to pay postage.
It took over 4 weeks to arrive. And very poor communication

I made several purchases all over the years online because I can't really find want I want on my city and somehow I am always disappointed by something, this time I took a chance on this store and I am happy to say that everything was ok, after I made my purchase I saw this reviews and I was really worried and disappointed but im happy that my order was ok and I will buy again for sure, thanks.

Got 3 dresses from their site and they all took a while to come not gonna lie, but once they did and I tried them on I got to say that it was all worth it in the end
Loved the fabric and the measurement size chart helped quite a lot, just read their description and you'll be fine for sure!

Do not purchase from them. If you're lucky enough to actually have the item sent to you, it is terrible quality and looks nothing like the picture. There is no one to get in touch with to return. You will lose money on this and be unsatisfied with the items. For any going through what I did, I filed a complaint with the BBB - you should too!

I paid £80 in November 2017 and still have not received my order.
It's impossible to contact them. Total disaster!
We must report them somewhere!

The seller is good: answered when I needed, sometimes very slowly, but its supposed it has a lot of orders and customers. The dress is not bad, but it's very good for the price I paid I couldn't expect a quality as "Dolce & Gabbana" asked to expidate shipping, they promised to do it. And item was received on 17 days

My romper just arrived and it wonderful. Its the 3rd online shop were I made a successful purchase.
Im happy with the site. I think I will buy again the next month.

Attention j'attire votre attention, le site ne vend pas les articles présentés, mais plutôt un le modèle. Ils prennent un tissu bas de gamme qui ressemble à celle de la photo. J'ai acheté 3 combinaisons rien à voir avec les images, et mauvaise finition. Pour ne pas me rembourser ils ont passés le temps à me proposer de m'offrir 40% du montant sur ma prochaine commande. Déçu et pour pas perdre le temps, j'ai abandonné. Aussi le site change de nom régulièrement pour tromper la vigilance des consommateurs. De Tianova il s'appelle aujourd'hui CHICKMODA

Wish I had known before I ordered off an IG ad. DO NOT buy from this place. Piece of crap dress was sent that in no way fit or reflected the one in the pic. I am filing a case against this store with Paypal. Please don't fall for it, too!

Customer service takes forever to respond and the items look nothing like the pictures. Be aware. Do not purchase from them!

Last month I purchased shirt. I was wondered that delivery time took so long, but order was received and item is good, seems like I chose incorrect size. Seller offered me discount for another order, and it's worked for me. This one I will give my sister and order another.

Very well made and I pay $39.99 for it! Good deal! Had some issues with shipping because the shipping company returned my purchase but the customer service found my order and sent it again. It was absolutely helpful. I liked it

Item was delivered very, very late and is completely different from the photo. Poor quality material and buttons are fake pearl not fabric covered as they are in photo. Sleeves are also different and stitching is awful. Terrible product, not at all what is described/shown in photo! Trying to get refund from Paypal.

Ordered dresses weeks ago (over $90), no shipping and no response to my multiple emails. I asked to cancel the orders after reading horrible reviews online figuring it's a scam. I reported to BBB and contacted my credit card to dispute charges. Then I get two separate shipping notices (after my multiple emails to CANCEL). This is the WORST online business you'd ever deal with. I don't even want to accept the items and deal with the return process which by looking at the reviews does not exist. How can this business even exist? Can someone please do something about this scam?

I bought several things and had no issues so far and trust me I placed 5-6 orders... So I don't know what are some people talking about, might be that they are overreacting or that they don't know how shipping works lol
I like them, especially when they put things on sale that's why I shopped for 6 times so far
