Love the layout of the site and the search options. But on my phone the Login or Account link was missing, so customer service had to send me the link. Also, when I saved items in the shopping bag and logged onto another device it couldn't find my items so I had to re-enter them all again.
I contacted this business twice to let them know the shirt I received was falsely advertised. The description does NOT match the shirt, nor do the pictures. They don't care whatsoever. They won't waive the return fee for their error. They said the description of fabric type IMPLIES how it should be worn, even though the description SAYS it can be worn alone. The shirt is COMPLETELY see through. Like read a book through it see through. No remorse from them. No waiving return fees. They even said they will change the description moving forward. Ok, you agree with me but also, I'm out $60 cause I'm not going to go out in public with my undergarments on display. All over $8 return fee. This complaint is just the beginning.

I was sent a top that was COMPLETELY different than what I ordered. It was $60. After a lot of hassle, I was credited for the top. I had to send pictures of the fabric content and the top. The top they sent me wasn't the same colors or the same fabric content! It was supposed to be 100% cotton pastel corals. It was 100% rayon in the ugliest combination of blues and greens and reds. They would not credit me for shipping because I ordered a $9 tank top too. This company is truly not aware of what you're ordering. It probably comes from China and is not checked by anyone, clearly. The first picture is the top I ordered. The second picture is the top I got.
Tip for consumers:
This was not my first order. I wasn't happy with my last order, but this top really spoke to me; my colors, my fabric, my style... so I took a chance and ordered it. It was $60. It was JUNK!

I ordered a sweater in October. I live in Los Angeles and it's only been cool enough recently to wear it. The sleeve has completely unraveled and your customer service told me I only had 3 days to get a return and was out of luck. Very disappointing. The sweater is unwearable.
Shipping is extremely slow. I've ordered two different times and both orders took weeks to get.

I had no idea this was their policy. I feel it should have been somewhere you would see it before checkout instead of being so sneaky. I am really disappointed.
I was so excited about my purchases but they took a really long time to arrive. When they did the duty charges were $60! For two items already purchased in USD I had to send them back and did not pay the duty fees. Better shipping to Canada is a must!

Extremely fast service/shipping, just the garment was wet inside the package. Not sure how that even happened. The clear packaging inside of the envelope was wet/moist and therefore the garment stunk horribly. I had to air it out.

I purchased several items that unfortunately needed to be returned due to quality issues. While the clothes are super cute they are not made well at all. Oversized, not like the pictures etc. THIS company only gave me a partial refund which I am disputing through Afterpay. If a consumer purchases your product & they return it then they should get a FULL REFUND! Watch out for this company. They take your money & no return it
The ads are very decieving -- the fabric looks of quality but it isn't. It's cheap and thin and the buttons are plastic. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for each piece if I saw them at the mall, but here was charged almost $150. What a rip off!

Completely different fabric than advertised in photos. Thin cheap looking construction. I feel duped.

I returned the top to three bird nest because it was huge. Did they charged me $9.85 for a processing fee. Seriously? I have ordered from many, many companies in my 73 years of life and have never once been charged with a processing fee. Is that how you make your money these days three bird nest. Shame on you. That is not right in any way shape or form and I will never ever order a thing from your company again. Look deeper.

The clothing looked beautiful, but I accidentally sent it to the wrong address. I tracked the package and it was sent back to the company. I reached out to them to see if I could still receive my order. They told me I would have to pay for shipping which I completely understood, but then they proceeded to tell me that that they couldn't honor my discount and give me my original order that I already paid for. It was like they already sent it to someone else for more money. I will never order anything from this company again.
Poor and dangerous material product they send product that they are their own brand so l ask for my refund they said final sale never buy again with this company
After a month of not receiving it I contacted customer service to find out what was going on. The agent seemed indifferent. I guess you pretty much have to pay for shipping insurance if you actually want to get your package. It seems like they use really cheap shipping services which is funny because the clothes definitely aren't cheap. I was really excited to try this brand but that didn't happen. Oh well! Never going to know.
She seemed like she didn’t really care and then put the blame on me for not getting shipping insurance instead of the company taking some responsibility.

I made 2 significant orders and loved everything when I received it. I ordered 1 sweater (in the summer) then I washed and out away for the fall (just over the 30 day return window). When I took it out to wear it there was a ton of pulls - it just did not hold up in the wash. I contacted customer support the told me so sorry, you're out of luck because it's over 30 days. I was pretty upset as I paid good money for a sweater that looks like it's been worn 100s of times. They apparently don't stand behind their products and it's too bad because I loved everything else and would order more if they had stood behind what they sell. I waged it again since and tried to wear and there are holes! So upsetting.
I just love this dress as it is soft and fits exactly like it looks online.
If your items are missing, damaged or just not what you wanted they will refuse refunds. Even if your request is in the stated period on the website. They won't even give store credit like they promised. Prepare to not recieve follow up calls and to be belittled
My Wife has been away tending to a critically ill Mother who ended up dying 2 weeks ago, and this company is making her pay for a return on something that wasn't CLOSE to what was described. She didn't open the package for 6 weeks, and they could care less what she went through. OK...now let the reap what they sow.
