I started out with the baller box to get some new shoes and better my wardrobe after a few months I switched to a smaller box because I didn't wanna miss out on any cool jackets or tees. I wish I could get more options when swapping but other than that I've had a great experience bring my fits to life.

I would not recommend this service based on the cancellation experience alone.
I attempted to cancel my subscription before the billing date. The site required me to pause the subscription before cancellation was even allowed, and after doing so, the cancellation page repeatedly failed to load. Despite multiple attempts across devices, I was unable to complete cancellation due to their website not functioning.
I was charged anyway. When I contacted customer support, I received copy-and-paste responses that did not address the actual issue or acknowledge the website malfunction. I was repeatedly told to "manage cancellation myself," even though the portal was inaccessible.
If a company requires online self-cancellation, the website needs to work. Charging customers when cancellation cannot be completed due to technical failure is unacceptable.
Proceed with caution.
For the second straight box I've only received tops. No pants or shorts. I've given feedback about this previously but I guess it doesn't matter and y'all will send whatever you want.
I started getting threadbeast to test out a new style and they gave me great stuff. I've gotten boxes for a few months now and my most recent one has been my favorite so far definitely going to continue to get more in the future.

Before Threadbeast my wardrobe was fairly limited due to me gaining weight and no longer fitting my old clothes however ever since I started Threadbeast that is no longer the case. I'm now able to expand my wardrobe with many different clothing brand with the help of their stylists.

I was offered a return special of $600 of free items in the first 4 boxes if i returned and thought that was amazing. But in my last box i didnt receive any items for free like advertised and promised. I emailed threadbeast and they responded that they are unable to continue with that offer. I feel that is false advertising and somewhat of ploy to get people back.
Amazing! All of the clothes have been amazing the outfits are coherent. I get compliments constantly! And the customer service team was outstanding

The quality was better than expected, lots of cotton and it was soft n organic even for some, size is on point mostly although a little big on jackets/flannels for me! Pair this with the great promotions to get started and it's been a pleasant experience thus far.

I'm happy with my Threadbeast! Before I thought I was getting way too many Black t-shirts but you all adjusted. One thing I have to add is I've only got ONE sweatshirt (White)in almost a year. Overall I'm happy

I'm loving the clothes but it's starting to seem like it's same type of clothes nothing is unique anymore, of all the brands and styles you have people to choose from it has been the same over and over, if have NOT received anything from Pacsun, Tillys, Primitive, Brixton, DL 1916, Nordstrom, or any other big name brands, it's been sweat pants from Cookies, or Obey hats, I don't need anymore hoodies, sweat pants or hats, backpacks, again nothing is UNIQUE
ThreadBeast has been awesome for me as a Baller subscriber. The boxes feel genuinely curated to my style, and the value is real, numerous items with premium pieces and shoes every month. I also like that you can preview/swap and give feedback, so it doesn't feel random. If you want a consistent streetwear refresh without the hassle, I recommend it.
