Thodex Exchange are now acting weird that I can't understand, they're not good in attendance manner of approach 😕 infact everything about Thodex are 0% percent for but now all of a sudden change into a great platform I'm so surprised when I noticed that I have a chat with them and they responded back ASAP to me without much talk I was completely shocked 😲 then my last review in trustpilot not exactly in this platform some people made it clear to me that I'm now a user of their new website thodex.exchange I just shouted wow I mean that's a great news cause I didn't know that I have joined new users and I don't still believe them until they gave me their attention I swear to God I withdrew my money that very day that they gave me attention I will be forever grateful to them.
Bitsane is that one and Best platform that people can't stop talking about obviously they literally pay attention to all their users.
I'm also a victim of BITSANE hack and I heard a rumor that Bitsane is back and refunding its users so I have to indicate myself so that I can get back my funds that's so important to me is my life saving and that's all I have.

They logged me out and I can't log back in, with a few thousand in funds trapped. According to Thodex activity on all of their trading pairs have dropped so they appear to have packed up and taken everybody's funds with them.
It been a tight decision for me since i was asked to reactivate my account and it was not fair at all. I have to pay a tax fee i even paid more than they requested. I really went through hell withdrawing my hard earned money. Its not nice at all. Thodex.exchange try to do better than this.
What is happening with Thodex? Support allowed me to withdraw half of my funds and told me to wait two days for the remaining balance, but I still haven't received it.
It wasn't great using this exchange i had many encounters regaining back my account but its not fair requesting for a reactivation fee of $500

They promised to get in touch with me on my request withdrawal but they never did. I am glad I stopped waiting for them after I suspected they were up to no good. I do not know what will have happened to all of my money with them if I had not gotten help from co-hineback. They initiated full refund of my loss to me.
