I ordered a case for my Galaxy Z Fold 5 phone advertised as MAGNETIC. I received a low-quality, thin, flimsy plastic case that was NOT MAGNETIC. The case is more decorative than protective. It would NEVER protect a heavy phone like the Fold 5. I wrote two emails to the email address listed in my order but received no reply.

By pure luck, I found out the company's TRUE email address from a spam advertisement and wrote them again. I received a reply, calling me "dear", from an email address in the Middle East, telling me to "ship the product back to their warehouse in China". I returned their case unused, and it cost me USD $20.00 with $60.00 for tracking. I do not anticipate a response or refund.

False advertising, lack of transparency, customer service, and an inconvenient and costly refund policy — are all red flags to NOT TRUST THIS SELLER!
