What a joke, don't bother buying from this outfit. The shop advertsises fisher paykal filters product number 836848. What they sent does not fit and is a completely the wrong size. After several phone calls and being lectured at by someone called Peter about how their products are original, and they don't buy filters from Asia because they may contain heavy metals that leach into the water. Well surprise surprise not only do I get a product that isn't original or even fits but is made in KOREA!
