I am extremely disappointed with the whole company. I feel that they are unprofessional and have not met my expectations. They delayed my assignment to the point where it was overdue, and when I finally received it, it was poorly written and did not meet the standards of a professional work. There was a lack of communication among the team, and the so-called expert I had a virtual meeting with did not come from a similar background and did not seem to understand the topic well. The content of the assignment did not align with the topic, despite me providing clear guidelines. As a result, I have failed my dissertation and wasted valuable time. I advise others to stay away from this company, as it seems they use AI to write assignments and deliver poor quality work.

There was no option to give them not even a Star.

Trash and Cluless people!

They initially wanted to charge me $230 for a 8-question, 500-word assessment. This was too much so I asked for only the first question instead which I haggled down to $70. By the time I had received their answer, I had already completed my assessment. I thought at least I could confirm my answer...

Yet the answer they gave me was so entirely incorrect it was borderline laughable. When I contacted them and stated that they were incorrect all they had to say was "Hey, Expert is asking You took them from Libertext?" essentially stating that I copied my work off another site rather than amending the incorrect responses.

After clarifying that I did not, they just asked me the same question again. (Which was not relevant in the first place)
After this frustration, all I wanted was my money back for a job not done, to which they responded "We are trying to resolve this issue, as the refund is not possible according to the rule book of our organization" So in their rule book it seems they can send you a photo of scribble and call it a day.

Overall this company is just a service designed to take money out of the pockets of already broke university students.

If I could give them a negative star rating (or a lawsuit) I would.

The team's response time has been extremely disappointing. Despite my efforts to provide detailed edits and suggestions, the so-called "expert" significantly compromised my final exam. They struggled to adhere to basic APA guidelines and required five rounds of revisions to grasp the instructions. Even after these attempts, they still couldn't fulfill the assignment within the given 12-day timeframe, resulting in a late submission and barely passing grade. To add to my frustration, my request for a refund has gone unanswered, further exacerbating my disappointment.

Dont be stupid and waste your money. Even if you get help from them you going to fail or somewhat close to failing if it is even a bit difficult. So why pay money and still fail lol. From the look of it the experts are probably some non english speaking from 3rd world country or some asian country. Just do your own work and fail that way at least you saved some money. Maybe use their service if you are really not stuffed to do a really simple task but other than that they real stupid

The quality of work sucks, it looks like someone who doesn't know about the subject finishing it in 10 minutes. Very bad quality.

They'll try convincing you over msgs and even on call but in reality it's all a scam. They'll send you the screenshots to make you believe.
They've fake reviews posted on google and everywhere else, don't fall for these

Frauds, Rogues Money back guarantee is a big lie. These people will never complete ur work nor will give ur money. Im suffering with this people since last 6 months. They agreed to give work in 15 days as of now it is 6 months they are not given work nor the money. The management is bogus. All their mail ids are fake even tough u raise compliant there will be no response. Once they get money will not lift ur calls nor reply to ur mails they dont respond to u. This type of fake oragnisations are ver hamful for students. The action to be taken it should be closed. Otherwise still many people will suffer with this type of fraud organisations

Never use this website. The quality is the worst in that no one has any experience of doing academic writing, as they can't even reference or cite the articles properly. Also, they say they have a money-back guarantee if they cannot achieve good marks, but they never give you back the money. So don't trust them.
One of my friends used this service and sadly failed the subject by paying the most expensive package. Still, they didn't give my friend back the money too.
