I have looked on other sites and none were comparable to this one. Much to choose from which makes shopping less stressful

Good experience however shipping fees are high...perhaps offer lower shipping rate for a longer delivery time.

I have tried to call your customer service several times which seems to never be available for customers that are having issues with their orders.

I really liked the bracelet. Costumer service was great but didn't respond to my fb message. It was fine because I went back on the website and they answered my question promptly. Overall good experience, happy with the purchase. Thanks

The experience was fine, the shipping took a very long time and was longer than expected. The quality was fine but expensive for what it is.

The shipping prices said one thing and when I went to check out it changed and said they weren't correct. Information just needs to be more accurate.

The buckle broke on the first one I bought and I had to replace it. The replacement had a smaller font. But I will address it with customer service. Bb

It's difficult to buy a customized gift when you don't know the size and can't return for readjustments.

Great product, very well made...but I wanted a small reservoir for my pet's hair...so I threaded it in the weave of bracelet- that's the only improvement I would have loved to have.

I'm not sure yet about buying from you again. I have not receive the product yet. I hope I am thoroughly pleased.

I think there should be something that informs you if you're paying with a debit card then press PayPal.

Very professional site with beautiful jewelry. Was so impressed with the two Stainless Steel Open Cuff products they have available that I'm hoping they will add more of these cuffs in the future!

Unfortunately, the leather turned my boyfriend's wrist black. He wears it cautiously now. Also, it's quite pricey considering the color bleeds onto skin. The customization was great, shipping was fast and it looked great - but not worth it overall because of the skin staining.

Product was really good. But the price was deceiving since it was telling me the price in USD i thought it was a good price in terms of CAD. When it charhed my account it charged alot more since it converted the price in to CAD. Which is alot more than i was expecting to pay on a bracelet. The site should say USD so customers do not get confused.

The quality of the bracelet was good and the product itself is as expected. Engraving was awfully light and difficult to see. Delivery took a very long time, even taking into account current challenges.

Encountered no issues (except for needing to update my cart a few times to for the updates to work), so overall a really good experience!
