I bought 3 star maps, and they are beautiful. The products are better than what I expected. The first time they arrived damaged because the box arrived damaged during shipping. However, I sent a message with pictures of the product and they sent me again my 3 posters. They responded perfectly!

I ordered a star poster for a wedding shower gift. It came promptly. Upon closer inspection, I noticed some slight smudges and marks on the poster itself. The framing and packaging were perfect. Unfortunately, rather than going to the shower empty handed, I had no option but to give the bride her gift. As I said the smudges were slightly noticeable, so I went ahead and gave it to her. A bit of a dilemma to say the least. I notified Starposter and received a new, perfectly framed poster. I will give it to the happy couple and let them decide where to showcase it. I am very happy with the service I received. They were very accommodating and quick in their response. I only gave the four stars because I wish I didn't have a problem with the first one. My advice is, if you're ordering a poster as a gift, give yourself plenty of advance time in case you have a similar situation. But I'm sure this was an exception not the rule of this operation. Thanks for the great service.

There was a slight hiccup in delivery but it was immediately rectified when I brought it to their attention. Thank you again!
I ordered this for my best friend to celebrate our 15th friendiversary. Best present ever! The order was shipped and delivered very quickly. I originally submitted my order but wanted to change a few details so I reached out to the customer service team immediately and they were able to put my order on hold. They gave me a code to use for a new submission and the whole process was seamless.
Fast forward to when I tried to place the poster into the frame, I accidentally caused a small scratch on the poster (did not know it was not scratch resistant). I reached out to customer service again to enquire and not expecting too much but they offered to send me a replacement though they didn't have to!

The poster itself is fine. However, the package came with the poster wrapped in paper and taped to the exterior of the frame, not in the frame. And there was a note to remove protective cover from the "glass", except it is not a glass cover, it is plastic, and it is scrapped.
It is so unique and is the second one I had gotten from this company years ago I had gotten a poster made up for my granddaughters birthday. It is so nice to be able to memorialize special events in a life. Great job.!
The back of the posters to attach to the wall broke causing the posters to fall and bend on the corners rending them useless now.
I loved the poster, but need to figure out a better way to attach them to walls.
The star charts are beautiful - well spaced, clear printing. Product came in a sturdy box, bubble wrapped pictures with cardboard corners protectors. Very short time between placing and receiving order.

Love the concept! The product is beautiful. But picture sizing is different from frame sizing which makes it difficult to find frames local to work. My first purchase I got a frame, but wasn't impressed with the frame. It was a cheaper looking frame.
Thought this time would buy the print and purchase my own frame, but measurement sizes to print picture vs frame sizes aren't easily matched. Maybe no fault to this company. What was frustrating was to see a spelling mistake on my picture. Yes I'm the one who made the error, but a simple word should have been corrected or flagged as an error.
A way to change a slight error in my download would be nice so that I don't have a wasted piece that is paid for. Again, my error. Just wish there was a way to change after a purchase.
It was such a lovely idea for a present. The picture was so clear and i was so excited when i printed it out on a poster. It was last minute so i couldn't wait for a hard copy so i bought the digital one. Its an amazing gift. I recommend it for sure.
