I bought the metal constellation picture, and it has arrived slightly bent. The packaging is not good enough to keep it safe through transit. I am rather upset as I was to give this to my partner for our 6 year anniversary in a couple of weeks. Considering the price i expected better

My order was lost, so I reached out the support and they help me and send the poster one more time without any payment. Second time delivery took about 3 days to the Netherlands, but unfortunately after the special date

I love the fact that you are able to customize it in so many ways. Picking location although I don't know if that changes what stars are shown or not. That fact that you have multiple different options of how it can be delivered whether it be digital download, framed or unframed. I needed mine very last minute and was very happy with the purchase.

I live in Australia and was shipped and received 48 hours after ordering - brilliant!
However, I paid a decent amount extra for framing assuming this would be a quality glass front. Turns out it's just plastic and I could have purchased a quality A3 glass frame locally for the same as I paid for this plastic Kmart quality one.
In short, the print and service is amazing - just recommend framing it locally yourself.

It's the aluminum material and the clean perfect lettering and map that makes it all worthwhile. She was astonished touched and bemused by the technique. Our love embedded forever. If yours doesn't like it - leave her!
