The Skincare Supply

So I don't really post reviews because I normally shop on Amazon and I usually never have any problem ordering online. But today I received a package from The Skincare Supply — I ordered the glow your own way clear self tan (haven't tried it yet but had great reviews). It arrived broken. Nothing crazy, no waste of product no nothing, only the outlet pipe was broken. I messaged their team to let them know that they should package their products better but wasn't seeking refund or replacement as I could still 100% use the product.

Sophie replied telling me a replacement was on the way which I think is very generous! Great customer service from Sophie as well. Overall will buy more from them as they have great customer service and even if the product isn't 100% I have no issues because there's no fault on them!

I found this company while searching for OPI Nail Nail Envy. It was not in stock at Amazon, where I have purchased it in the past and no date for availability was given. Skincare had it in stock and at a lower price. I received my order in less than 48 hours. I was very surprised and pleased with their service.

Product they shipped to me does not match the brand I ordered and does not match package slip. One bottle broken due to very poor packaging. I wrote then 3 e mails n they won't respond. Bad business practice

I stumbled on this site thinking it was based somewhere in the US however it was located in Vancouver BC and offers local pick up with so many amazing brands that are difficult to find in-store. I have picked up my products many times in Downtown Vancouver very fast and reliable online store.

I purchase Forlle'd products from Japan from this website as they are difficult to find in Canada. Shipping is very speedy and lots of great other products.
