The rug looks great.
It took way too long to receive it.

We ordered a rug from perfect rug company as they were ale to do any size and we had a non standard size area. The rug took longer than they had said but not a problem and only to be expected with all the delays due to covid. We are really happy with the quality and it fits perfectly. Would definitely recommend - if you are going for a non standard size then expect to pay more.

I love the natural rugs, so many options and free samples to try out before deciding to purchase is showing confidence in the products by the company! I do wish I could see more options at once, without having to click, next page, so often. It was an easy process!

It took a little while to maneuver through the website, but once there found it to be user friendly.

I wanted two small rugs to put in front of the sofas. I got the size I wanted and the material looks to be of good quality and manufacture. I would buy from these guys again.

I could not see on my screen the entire size/measurement of the carpet that I ordered once the order was about to be placed. That was my only concern. The rest of the experience was easy to complete.

It would be wonderful if the samples could be shown laid out in a room, not just close up. The overall experience was really good, though, and I look forward to receiving samples so we can order!

I called and would have liked to be able to place the order by phone instead of on the web but we finally got it done.

I am happy with the rug i ordered, it exceeded my expectations in quality but it took a long time to get it. Mike P

We purchased two separate carpets to put along our hallways. They are 3'x9' and 2.5'x16', so they were both custom size carpets and we got the non-skid liner to go under them, totaling over $800. The material is nice and soft and the borders are neat. We purchased the Subtle Touch / Simply Taupe and Serged Border Tobacco material for both of the carpets.

I am disappointed in the rug. Every time you walk on it your footprints make a mark on it, and it looks dirty. Also. stain are not as easy to get out as I had thought as the rug is nylon.

This is a very high quality rug that we use for a runner in front of couch. It is very thick and very nice to walk on and could not ask for anything of better quality

I would have liked to been able to get samples of the borders too. Also couldn't find anywhere whether you can get rugs without borders?

Took a little longer than expected to receive the rugs as it took about 4 weeks from the time we ordered the rug to delivery. Other than that the quality of the rugs were great and would order rugs from perfect rugs again.

This is my first visit to your site. I am intrigued. I do need a special shape to my rug, how do I do this? I have oriental design rugs, do you have any orientals?????

We like the rugs, it was just a lengthy production time. I ordered them on May 31 and we recieved them on June 30th.

My one disappointment was the way the rug lays on the floor. It has been "relaxing" on the floor for over a week and the corners still curl up. I'm concerned someone may trip on it. Joan Nash

I love the ease of creating my own custom rug. The size I need is not available in ready made rugs. My only hesitation is that I want to see samples of the material prior to making a purchase.

Nice site layout. Preview pictures could be larger, possibly show an overall view of selections including actual shape given dimensions.

color samples for the grass, sisal, jute aren't very accurate to the actual sample although the samples are very nice

rugs were correct size and quality appears to be good.....I think the pricing could have been better...

There was no info about shipping cost or estimated time of delivery. The part about being liable for any damage done to the custom order rug, which I can't return, during shipping, was a bit disconcerting.
It would be nice if you offered a service to apply the fabric protector on the rug before shipping.
