The Perfect Part

I ordered an antennae and they send me a 4x4 inch empty envelope and marked the purchase as delivered on ebay. Obviously a scam which everyone needs to avoid.

Just jumped on a call with a rep and my business partner. The perfectpart rep convinced us not to use them and he was very disrespectful. If your looking for this tool, look elsewhere... im shocked at how that just went down... wild! BEWARE.

I bought a charge cable from The Perfect Part last week and to my surprise they sent an extra charger and a case for my device stating "Happy Holidays, this is on us!" I was so excited because i actually needed a new case! Thank you guys! Happy Holidays!

Purchased an item and the quality was sub par to say the least, I attempted to work it out with "the perfect part" and to no good I was stuck with a trash item. Like the review below me in 2019 he says that his negative feedback got deleted... Well I have been watching this eBay store for about 4 days and I have seen their negative feedback go from 19 on Sunday to 13 on Monday then 7 on Tuesday and now they have two on Wednesday I don't know how but they somehow are deleting all of their negative feedback to make their store look legit and have no negative reviews... I reported them to eBay with accompanying screen shots. Needless to say my negative feedback magically disappeared... the lady "Katy" is useless and utter garbage at customer service. STAY AWAY

Bought two packages of CR 2032 batteries, 5 batteries in each package(from eBay). Out of the two packages only 3-4 batteries lasted longer than two days before they went dead. Save your money and buy somewhere else!

Found this seller selling on ebay, they had very low prices and always delivered on time. They have a website with a promotional discount coupon code. I bought a couple items and they were even cheaper than ebay. Thank you

The item was defective and didn't work at all. It was also chipped and cracked. I sent photos of the item to the seller explaining that it didn't work along with photos of the cartridge in my Game Boy Advance to show that nothing came up on my screen, and they refused to send a replacement or to refund my money. The sellers are rude and display terrible customer service. It takes days to even get a reply from them, and when they reply, it's a one sentence reply that doesn't pertain to my message

I ordered a replacement cell phone battery for my LG phone through eBay. From the start, the battery was not fully charged when I received it nor could I get it to charge to 100%. Company said to "calibrate" the battery. Would not work. I informed company. They sent out a replacement. Same problem with the second battery. While their shipping and responsiveness were good, product purchased and replacement were both defective. Did not work. I asked that they send me a 100% fully tested and charged battery. Said they would. It was not fully charged when I received the replacement battery. My repeated attempts to resolve this problem via eBay resulted apparently in their questioning my negative feedback on eBay. Oddly, my negative feedback on eBay was removed altogether and I was blocked from leaving any feedback about this company. I wonder if it was because they complained to eBay. Very strange. I dont trust this company.

I payed extra shipping for an item that was advertised as free and delivery was late. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Problem with shiping was handled immediately. Very happy with their exceptional service. I would love to be put on their mailing list.
