I would definitley recommend theorganicoutlet.com both for shopping ease and selection and for excellent customer service. I ordered 5 cases of organic molasses from them for my bakery. 4 bottles arrived broken. I contacted their support team to see what could be done but honestly wasn't expecting much. I've had bad experiences with this in the past at other websites so I have to admit I was not looking forward to this. To my great joy and surprise I received a prompt response letting me know that they were having another case of 6 bottles shipped to me via FedEx express at no charge. Very satisfied!
