The customer service is horrible. You can never cancel the subscription. I had to call my credit card company and have them block The option Pro from being able to bill my card. The phone number given does not work. They never returned any of my 7 or 8 emails. Don't do it. SCAM.

They will accuse of me of giving them bad review. How is it bad publicity if it is the truth. You know how you treat members of your platform even try to fight there own money. Was skeptical at first put i have done very well following mike wangs option picks each week they are not 100% correct but the one that are pay off big starting with about $10,000 i have now built my protfolio to over $25,000
The technical analysis is very good and i do better with a coach like mike than doing it myself
This company does not respond to emails in one business day as advertised and makes it frustrating if you want to cancel your subscription. They also charged my credit card 3 months AFTER my subscription was finally cancelled and I cannot get anyone to respond why or to credit my account.
I recently saw a charge on my bank statement for $599.00 so I reached out by email. I told him I had never used the service and was curious about the charge. He wrote back saying i signed up for his newsletter in 2016 and had been receiving those emails since then. I informed him that the email he listed for me hadn't worked in two years so I never received them and would he please cancel the service and at a minimum give me a prorated refund. No response to this of any sort. Stay away from this company
I lost 64,000 in 2 months with Optionpro. I registered with 15,044 in the first week of March and today I have 0 in my account. I was following their "agent", He told me to open so many non performing position, and this affecting my account as my margin was fully exhausted, and loss of money followed when those stocks were sold. In one single trade with Julian, I lost about *******. I was to withdraw 21,000; but the it never came to my Bank. I had to report to Swiftrecovery EU, it was to take 3 days but eventually took 1 week before i got my investment back. They even withdraw the profit they promised. This was only last week

Not only are their forecast questionable, they actually LIE on the website about a trade that stopped out at their recommended STOP LOSS price as a profitable trade when it actually lost the maximum!
I actually had to close my bank account to keep their monthly charge from being processed. Stay away from these people.
