They continued to charge my credit card for 3 months after I closed my account, in person, at the gym when I turned in my key. When I wrote the business owner and explained their mistake, he offered to reimburse the charges for only 1 month. I guess he expected to pocket the rest of the money. I did resolve the issue through my credit card company, but do you really want to join a gym that treats customers this way?
