I place an order on 14 Mar 2019 with TheOneMall.com and it was properly received and processed. On 25 Mar 2019, I tracked the parcel in Dragonlink.net website and noted that it was "Inbound Scan" on that day. As there is no one in the apartment on that day for their delivery time during office hours and to avoid non-receipt of the parcel, I remained in the apartment on 25 & 26 Mar 2019 waiting for the delivery. But there was no delivery and the tracking system did not show any info about the delivery schedule. It was then only delivered on the morning 10.30 am on 27 Mar 2019. Upon opening and checking the parcel, the shirt item is a long sleeve one instead of a short sleeve one I ordered. However, the cutting and the material of the shirt is good. Therefore, if anyone who do not have a person in the house, it is advisable not to place the order from TheOneMall.com
Purchase Date: November 30,2016, as of today January 10,2017, item still not yet received.
Follow up from call, email, chat, all is being ignored and no action taken by the Customer Service. Please stay away buying from theonemall.com
