Sometime you buy things hoping it is what you're looking for, but then it seems that either providers are not that customer friendly or the script or template doesn't wok. My experience with their customer service left much to be desired. It felt like reaching out to them was akin to talking to a wall—total silence. To make matters worse, after disputing a charge on my credit card, their response was to lock me out of my account, cutting off any information about updates. It seemed as if they had forgotten the basics of customer relations as soon as there was a hiccup in payments. A total letdown.
