I ordered several items and didn't got everything delivered. Waiting for over 6 weeks now. I also returned hunderds of dollars in goods back to their return center because of the wrong size.
Now suddenly my account is deleted, i cant get hold of anyone, the telephone numbers are not working and the service department is not replying on any of my mails. I don't know what these guys are doing but it feels like they started to hustle people for real. Not Nipsey worthy at all thats for sure.
The worst consumer experience I have ever had. I placed an order online and everything went wrong.
Only after three attempts the payment was made. The address had to be confirmed (when it had already been sent in the checkout process), violating legal rules they never warned me that there would be additional costs to those appearing on the website (neither in the checkout process, nor in subsequent emails), they did not deliver the goods I bought and when I ask for a refund they still charge me additional values...
The customer support is zero and robotic. They are not in the least concerned with the customer experience.
I will never buy anything from this shop again and have already submitted complaints to the responsible authorities.
They bring shame to the name and legacy of the great Nipsey Hussle (RIP).
I made a purchase 3 weeks ago and I still have not received my package. I send emails and I get a reply that it's 1st come 1st serve. I still haven't received anything I should have learned my lesson the last time. I placed a ordered paid for 2day shipping waited 2 weeks and nothing I reach out again and its 1st come 1st served but I paid extra for 2 day shipping that doesn't matter. Love the clothes horrible customer service and shipping
My husband loves this brand. I wanted to surprise him with an order before we went on a vacation to Las Vegas. They had a sale that if you purchased a hoodie you would get 4 free items. The order took two weeks to arrive and it was missing the hoodie, customer care replied to my email(S) saying that the hoodies were being shipped separately for some reason and to reach back out again if I have not received shipping information by 05/09, today is the 11th and nothing, I had to email them yet again and now they're saying that there's a delay and how to reach back out again if I don't get shipping confirmation by 05/29! I'm so disappointed, our trip came and went and he still had yet to receive his full order. Just skip this company unless you're ok waiting weeks and weeks to get your order with zero communication.
I have spent over $1k-$2k@ the tmc. Because I'm a fan I overlook the terrible customer service provided. But waiting over 2 months for a t shirt when I live 30 minutes away is unacceptable. The customer service is a joke as well, unprofessional responses to email saying "look at the bright side"… im not your friend im a customer spending money.
I've bought so many clothes from the marathon. I support the Marathon Clothing line. The clothes are nicely decorated with Crenshaw and Marathon Labels. I will forever be a loyal customer and supporter

I had ordered some shirts and hoodies as a part of a special going on, I paid additional $30 for 2 day shipping, 3 weeks later still no shipping label even created for my order. Messaged customer service multiple times with no replys. Eventually I told them to forget it if they cannot even simply answer, I will cancel my order. They cancelled my order (obviously had gotten my email), and STILL did not reply to my email. After emailing once again asking why my order was cancelled because as far as I knew they never even got my email cancelling my order, the lady FINALLY answers after countless emails and states she had cancelled it due to the email, with no apology or explanation.
Very poor quality For the price you could stand to use better quality doing a disservice to Nipsey good name I try to support black business but y'all got to do better I bought 4 t-shirts and they are the quality of gildan 1 dollar t-shirts the fit is way off I'm sorry I hate to leave a bad review but I'm gonna need y'all to have more pride in your product how will anyone be able to tell the difference between this and the bootleg if your using the same material step the quality of your product up and I will possibly spend some money again until then I can't spend that kind of money on something I'm not going to wear
