“Dont buy in TheKDom”

They write on their site that they sent the product within 10 days. I order it by seeing it. $ 70 is instantly deleted from the account. 20 days pass. Neither the mail nor the tracking number. I'm writing to the support team, they say wait a few more days. I am writing again after 1 week. They say we cannot ship to your country yet due to the pandemic. I freely order hundreds of products from sites like ebay and have no problems. But thekdom is all a problem. They no longer reply to my e-mails. I demand a refund, they don't do that either. Officially scam.

Always try and look at the reviews for any site you order from. I was stupid and didn't look at reviews till after I purchased and they all said it was a complete scam. I ordered a BTS collared For $40 because they said it was on sale I was able to get free shipping. After 20 days When they said they would ship it out. They didn't. So I emailed and they said it was out of stock but when I go on the site it's still available for purchase so that's one lie and one major red flag. Over 2 months passed and still no tracking number or any sign of it shipping so I emailed again and they said that they'll ship it out soon. They did not. And they give the same dry responses every single time. I went to their instagram just by searching up thekdom and messaged them and left a comment on one of their recent Photos but then they deleted my comment and blocked me from their Instagram account. Very unprofessional. After leaving this review and looking at all of the other low ones. They've actually replied to them saying what went wrong but having more then enough time to give a refund or just simply shipping out their item they just give a dry response and plainly lie about it. Please I wish I could tell the world that this site is terrible but do not buy from this site if you do not want to see your items or money again. I'm just happy that my item wasn't more then $40 so I didn't loose any more money but it still sucks. Do not buy from this site. It is a scam.

This is not a reliable company to shop with. They will charge your funds immediately and take months to dispatch an item (if they ever do). Contacting customer service is useless, as they will promise you that the product will ship the end of the week, but it doesn't. Then you contact them again, and they promise the same thing. Extremely unreliable. People wait months to receive their items to no avail. They give out erroneous tracking numbers. People claim they stop responding when they request refunds. Disabled all their reviews on their Facebook page, highly suspicious. On their website it says things all products are final sale - so they're only trying to offer me a refund because I'm writing a negative review. Avoid this site at all costs!

Tip for consumers:
I edited my original review out of respect to the owner, but my beliefs and experience remain the same. They contacted me and tried to coerce me to delete my negative review at all costs. The shop owner is VERY DEFENSIVE and uses very strong language to make you feel like you're victimizing them. Accused me of going out of my way to attack them, but I'm just writing a review about my experience so others don't have to go through the same thing. Disappointing.

I am just going to basically copy and paste what I said to the other review about our company as it's exactly the same response I would give.

I want to be as polite as I can with my response to this review. Allow me to explain exactly what has occurred with your order and other orders at the time you ordered. You ordered during the Chinese holidays and this caused a long wait meaning that we were not able to ship it out whatsoever... we had no choice in regards to that as our warehouse is in China and our workers are Chinese as well so they are the ones who are sending out the orders. They are subject to time off meaning they don't work during the beginning of each year due to the holidays in China. We felt bad about this so what we tried to do was get them shipped out for our customers (you) without needing the workers that were off. We assigned tracking numbers to each customer and unfortunately they were sent to each customer even though the packages were not shipped out. We were expecting them to ship them out but it didn't work as planned so our next step was just to wait until the holidays are over and then we would issue a new tracking number. It was definitely such a big mess to deal with and I'm sorry that it has made this upset but we are not a scam nor are we a bad company like you say. We get many orders everyday and have several happy customers... if you are hearing any negativity about us from others it would be because they are in the same situation as you meaning they ordered during the holidays and we apologize about that.

I am trying to be as respectful and professional as I can with this response to you but it is really inconsiderate for you to review us like this and for you to think this review is going to effect us in anyway.

If you want to see tracking numbers from other customers that have been successfully delivered we can gladly show you this.

Scammer, fake clothing. Takes your money and no items. Avoid at all cost please. Would highly recommend you not to ever shop here, owner is very defensive and will do anything to take your money.

I made a purchase online on January 2. Funds were taken out immediately and the next day it showed on PayPal that items have been shipped with NO tracking. After a month with nothing in the mail, I contacted them and they blamed the Chinese Holidays for the delay of shipment and told me that my items would be shipped out within the next few days and I would be sent a confirmation number. A week later, I receive nothing in my email so I contacted them again. They then blame their suppliers in China and told me to wait a few days for the tracking numbers to be sent to them from China. 9 days after that, I contact them again about the tracking number. They tell me that it was sent to them and to wait until later that night for it to be emailed to me. I wait a whole week and I get nothing! A whole 2 months and 1 week after I made my purchase, I tell them that I have opened a dispute with PayPal for a refund. They tell me that they have my tracking number but that they don't want to deal with me anymore. Seriously? I've been dealing with their excuses for over 2 months! They demand that I close the dispute and they'll give me a refund. They are NOT professionals and are bad business people.

We politely asked you not to file a claim with PayPal just because we could have dealt with this directly with you and if we seen how aggressive you are we would refund you and take the loss. I don't think as a company we would be go out of our way for $40.

If you want to see tracking numbers from other customers that have been successfully delivered we can gladly show you this.

Although you opened a claim with PayPal, we are still making sure that you receive your order as it has been shipped out a few days ago as everything in the company is back to normal.

I ordered 3 bracelets & a got a bunch of face masks (supposed to be free, just pay shipping.) & in all, I paid about $50! This was in March. I got my face masks that were terrible quality but not the bracelets. I wait the 60 days like they said & then emailed them. They said that they ran out of the bracelets but no one informed me & asked me to pick something else out within $20. I ended up picking out 2 bracelets that I didn't even want. They asked if those were the ones I wanted, I said yes & never heard from them again. That was in May. I tried emailing them multiple times, nothing. I tried messaging them on FB, nothing. So I spammed their comments on fb. They blocked me. I'm now trying to email them with a different email. It's August 31st. Almost 6 months later.
