I purchased a jacket for my wife for Christmas. She did not like it so I tried to return it. They would not provide a refund or a credit. There is a return address in Florida listed in their website. I called the BBB in Florida and they advised it is a bad address and The Jacket Factory is not registered as a business in Florida. They will not answer any emails.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY.

Experience was rewarding and splendid. The jacket on the other hand fits perfectly just the way i like it. All the little detailings on the jacket make it a carbon copy of the one in the movie! Brilliant Work!
My package literally hasn't been sent for two entire months! And just so you know, they aren't actually located in Florida or the UK, they are in Karachi Pakistan!
