I am a blogger in a very competitive niche. SEO can be extremely confusing and overwhelming. I like the way thehoth worked with me to help me make an informed decision about my SEO needs. I felt as if they were concerned with helping me to achieve my goals and not just get money out of me (like so many online companies). I found them refreshing, not only do I plan on being a long time customer but I intend to recommend their products to others as an affiliate.

Disappointed with this companies service and results - 2 years@ $5.5KUSD/month. They call it the HOTH X 5500 package. We have since moved to another SEO company and within 90 days the increase in our Google rankings has improved dramatically. Dont believe the hype from TheHoth. They are also indifferent in their attitude when raising concerns. I would advise staying away from this firm

Look when i first came across the hoth i was relatively new to SEO and blogging and thought that the hoth would be a great opportunity to boost my site's ranking and get some quality articles that will rank. This is most certainly not the case. I paid a few grand for like 10 -15 articles that are DECENTLY written, nothing over the top. These articles never see the light of day. I even asked for articles that would rank and what they gave me was absolute $#*!. You have better luck researching topics and going on Fiverr and getting an article written for you for cheap. Secondly, the prices they charge for backlinks is absolutely ludicrous and once again you can go on fiverr and get the same kind of service for less than a fraction of what they charge. I hope no one makes the same mistake i did. This website is an absolute scam.

I had high hopes originally to acquire organic customers to my website cheap fast resumes, and within the first 30 days (before any promised results, I was told, could be expected in terms of customers--so I should just patiently wait and blindly follow "Max" and his pep talks) I wrote a few positive sentences here in my Trustpilot review at that time. Total wishful thinking on my part, with no results to substantiate anything. The following is my "Update": During my 6 months as a Hoth-X customer, I received a number of what I can only describe as "used-car-salesman"-type pump talks from various HOTH people on the phone and by email, telling me I should just trust them to pay their exorbitant fees, and I would end up with more customers. I feel completely and absolutely deceived by this whole scam Hoth company. I spent approximately $6000 CAD and wasted endless hours of my time, yet received just 4 (four) clicks on the 2 new so-called "service pages" Max and his people created during the entire roughly 5 months dealing with this company. That's right! Just 4 clicks, and none of them became paying customers, either. My own analytic software back this up. I am also not comfortable with the "fake media reviews" which Hoth inserted into Facebook and elsewhere, written by their freelance writers with poor English in Malaysia, India and elsewhere--apparently to trick Google's algorithyms into believing they are real customers? So much of what The Hoth did in terms of SEO left my feeling "dirty", like the whole SEO game they were selling is to try to misrepresent my website to Google in order to trick Google's engine to bring me to the top. I am an honest person, and an honest businessperson to. I don't cheat my customers, my wife, or anybody else. After 5 months of ZERO results with Hoth-X, I finally took a hard look at the numbers and my own analytics software, and looking in the mirror I realized I had been "scammed". So, please do not be fooled by The Hoth. They will undoubtedly reply to this review to defend their flaky rep Max and the whole company. But all I know is I lost over $6000 Canadian Dollars and hundreds of hours of my life. I will never get either back. To begin, we are sure to set expectations from the beginning that SEO is a long-term process. It takes time and consistency to see results. At a minimum, it takes three months to see results as it takes google's search engine crawlers around three months to start indexing links. More visible campaign increases are usually seen around the 6-9 month mark, however even this is greatly dependent on other external factors. Your campaign manager Max, and account manager Jess, were sure to not only set results expectations at the beginning of your campaign but throughout the duration as well.

You first started with us in May 2022, with your campaign ending in November 2022. Before starting with us, you had minimal SEO work done to your site, having worked only with paid ads which have a very different ROI than SEO. So essentially, we were working from the ground up, with a lot of our focus being on creating content for your site to help match the search intent for your target keywords.

During the duration of your campaign, we saw many performance increases. We saw a steady positive increase in both your organic traffic and organic keywords, especially toward the end of your campaign. Specifically, we saw many positive increases in the positions of your main target keywords with a few examples being "affordable resume writing services" moving from position 29 to 7, "cheap resume writing services" moving from position 14 to 6, "cheap resume writers" moving from position 17 to 5, etc.

Moreover, Max went above and beyond to consistently communicate with you via email, loom videos, and over the phone to ensure the progression of your campaign was as transparent and straightforward as possible. We were additionally, very flexible with billing throughout the duration of the campaign, always going the extra mile to meet you halfway and provide the best service we could with the budget allocation and timeline provided.

In regards to the "fake media reviews" on Facebook, we did not pay for or insert these. These are left by crypto-scammers trying to drive people to their scams, and these do not benefit us in any way. I personally have been trying to get rid of these for months now and block and report every single review, but Facebook will not take them down.

All in all, we appreciate your feedback and hope this provided some clarification.

Here is the thing, it has been 2.5 months but their entries in the Top Level Sites are still not indexed. The content is low quality, neither title nor the content have any relation to my page that I requested backlinks for. Although, I requested a revision, it is still the same. I had to log in to that accounts and edit them by myself.

Here is the worst part: One of their Top Level Sites has removed their entry. Guys, come on!

Surprisingly, there is no way to get help from the Hoth, they are unresponsive in this situations. One more point, before purchasing their product, they are the cutest and the most responsive company in the world.

The Hoth, you have found the perfect way to steal our money.

I spent some time looking for a white label SEO partner and placed an order for $350 with them for their product Link Outreach | DA 50 | 1 Post | 1000 words.
What I got is useless. I contacted their team and basically got a canned response.

I've to buy PR submission package!

After 60 days maximum links are removed.

When I drop an email in the support center, they told me asap I will get the replacement.

After six months I just want to know how many days you want to give me my link?

I hate giving bad reviews, but sometimes it just has to be done to prevent others from making the same mistakes as me.

I messaged via the chat box to ask for UK links and asked them to check if they did UK links, they came to back to me and said yes. I spent a vast amount of money and placed my order. I was then told it would be US only, i wasn't happy but no major issue. The link quality were fine.

I then bought their citation report as I am really trying to focus on my local SEO, their site double charged me, again no major issue as they were polite and apologised and refunded immediately. No harm done.

But now another issue, that same citation report they double charged me for I was told on the phone would be delivered in 10 working day, then I emailed asking where it was around 4 weeks after, they said the 8th August it will be delivered and that it takes 3-4 weeks, it was the 8th August I emailed by the way. I said fine and thought i will give it a few days then. I have waited for almost a month and still nothing. - They still spam my inbox with marketing jargon though
