I contacted this help line because I was experiencing feelings of isolation, loneliness, and having familial problems. All things that they say they can help with. When I contacted I had to wait for over 20 minutes to chat with someone and felt overlooked the whole time. I stated more than once that I was not religious after they asked me if there were churches near me, i was then asked if I had a faith. I said no and they tried to proselytize to me to which I stated that I had left christianity and would appreciate if they didn't do that. I was then given an article and told "I hope i was helpful, our time has ended" even though they didn't give me ANY ways that I could manage my problems. I am glad I wasnt actively suicidal or in a crisis with how dismissive they were. I am appalled.

I tried talking to one of your associates, (Rei if your reading the actually $#*! you) he didnt listen to anything i said and was only trying to end the conversation. He gave me the worst advice and told me to just "pray" wouldnt even rate them 1 star should be in the negitives.

Bro i was trying to vent about issues and they tried to convert me to christianity after i had prior stated im a satanist(and i had stated i have trauma involving christianity). Never use this place
