Getting answers on any lead times from them is impossible. They do not answer emails. Part of our order has been on backorder for months with zero follow-up or information on when to expect it. After much begging and no response I decieded to write this review.
Not happy - ordered my helmet and ended up waiting 6 weeks when it said 'in stock' on the web site. Nobody bothered to call me - it took my follow up after 2 weeks and no helmet had arrived yet.
