The staff and the setting are definitely five-star, but the decor is getting a little bit tired and in spite of all the fabulous eating places within five minutes walk of the hotel, they really could do with some provision for an evening meal. The garret bedroom was 'atmospheric' but quite small for a queen size bed. But that said, it is an excellent base from which to visit this fabulous city.
