This was a seminar discussing how to lose weight using hypnosis and good eating habits. The speaker took the time to explain the physiology of weight loss, without getting too technical. He explained how hypnosis and the use of the "vitamins" he was selling would help people lose weight. He made it a point to say that the hypnosis and good eating habits would work WITHOUT the vitamins, but that the vitamins would accelerate the fat loss process. I decided to give his products a chance, so I purchased a 7 month supply. I'm hoping to be a success story.

I met with Sol today for my first coach Meetup and to be honest I went in thinking it was probably a scam (I had even cancelled my subscription prior to the meeting). I have been using Lumultra for over 4 years. Can't live without it now. It helps me with pre-workout and business meetings. I have been crushing it in every aspect of my life since I have been using Lumultra. Specifically I love the Lumultra, Nova, Brain Oil combo. Luna is great for winding down the day but I don't need it daily. The only complaint I have is that their shipping sometimes can take longer than expected and the communication can be patchy sometimes. But it's worth the wait.

Horrible experience. Worst pain I've ever been through. Sent me home bleeding immediately after surgery, bled all the way down side walk and into car. It was like a twilight zone. They barely were done with surgery before they had me in a wheel chair taking me out the door. Not once did anyone warn me about how painful it would be. You are wide awake and fully conscious the entire procedure. It's been over a year and I am still numb in several spots. Not one person from this place ever checked on me. DONT GO HERE!

Looking around for some quality activated charcoal capsules and stumbled across vegishake. It does work for me, but I have trouble swollowing pills especially with water. Have to take with milk, hot tea or coffee, and I still have trouble. Have to swollow a pill, drink and then eat a bite of food. I can take the two in the morning but it is the two at night (an hour before bed) I can not take. I can not eat anything or take anything 2 hours before going to sleep.
