10375 Yonge St N If u r a vulnerable person with many medical issues, the main one being that u cannot wear a mask... which is very different from not wanting to wear one then this place is not for you. They have verbally assaulted me, humiliated me and have shown nothing but cruelty towards me. The by-law is very explicit in stating that there are 3 peoples that are exempt from wearing a mask the 1st one being people with medical issues. After stating this they are not allowed to interrogate u or ask for a drs note, but are lawfully supposed to provide u with an alternative for purchases. They did no such thing, neither did their district manager, neither did their ombudsman. THEY ALL FAILED TO COMPLY WITH BY-LAW 541-2020 AND NONE OF THEM WERE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CRUELTY. In short we, the vulnerable of society shud ban together and take our business elsewhere... which is what ive done. Now im not foolish enuff to think that my sales will effect them, but based on principle and the cruelty they've shown me is enuff to go elsewhere. They ARE NOT the only game in town. HOPE THIS HELPS TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE ENDURED THE UNKINDNESS OF THIS DAY AND AGE.
