Never heard of these guys before but decided to bite the bullet and place an order. I saved right under $450 on a 65" 4k Samsung QLED tv so im happy. The shipping company brought the TV inside. Opened the box. Plugged the TV in and made sure everything worked before they left which I can appreciate! Would recommend
Ordered 6 TVs ($19,000) from AV Dudes- wrote back that not in stock. They asked if I would like to cancel the order, which I confirmed with them. The credit didn't show up on my CC after 30 days, and they stopped replying to any emails or calls. When I filed claim with my CC company, they sent fraudulent delivery receipt details - still fighting it out with them and CC company. Total FRAUDULENT operation - AVOID.
I found a lower price form a legitimate competitor for an identical TV, they wouldn't price match. They stated that the competitor would charge shipping insurance, which is not the case. Pretty scammy.
Tip for consumers:
Don't expect them to have the lowest price.
