The shipping of these products looked like all the boxes were ripped or barely covering the products. The boxes they came in were awful. The middle section came bent and looked like it was returned and it was resold. I'm not sure if this happens to other customers but in the end it was replaced with a brand new one and the customer service was a pleasant experience.
I had great interactions with a sales guy named Tom. He answered all the questions, made good recommendations, and was overall very nice to work with. That's where the good part ends. Tom mentioned it usually takes about 10 days but he expects the chairs to arrive early and that I'd get a notification. I was first texted by the shipping company with a delivery date about 2 weeks after (no big deal). I took off work to be home for the shipment, nobody showed, nobody answered the phone when I called. I contacted Theater Store and they said they'd fix it. I then got another text similar to the first from the shipping company, took off work, nobody showed, nobody answered the number provided. Called the Theater store again and they promised someone from the shipping company would call me. Nobody called. Now we're at 4 weeks. I called the Theater Store multiple times over the next couple weeks, was promised call back and help from them and got nothing. The shipping company never answered their phone, never responde to texts, and didn't return voicemails. My final call was after the 6 week mark to Theater store hoping I wouldn't have to cancel but ready to do so if I get the run around again. I got zero empathy, no discount, no attempt to make it right and no concern when I cancelled. Stay away from this company.

It took a long time to figure out where the articles I wanted where to be found. It was really hard just searching, and finding the correct match for my light and table.
Eventually, I figured it out.
But it took me at least an hour or more to know which one was the correct item for my seats.
When I did, I was able to purchase them, and they took a while to get here, but they are perfect for what I wanted.
They work great and I love them.
I requested and paid for the upgrade: any room delivery. However the shipper they chose to use wouldn't do that so I had to unbox the seats on my front porch and move them upstairs myself then request a refund. The refund request went smoothly though.

Checkout was easy, and I got a great price by ordering after the new year. I do have to say that I wish for orders that aren't in stock, they would keep in touch with updates.
When I got to week 8 of an 8-10 week delivery estimate, I contacted them and was told my order would not be delivered until April. That would have been 16 weeks! I am very thankful to Josh in customer service, he spoke to the warehouse and got my order expedited. A little over a week later I had my chair.
very easy, except I live in Canada and had to have this product sent to family in Michigan to be sent to me, too expensive and time consuming

I understood my units were going to be individual units but I wasn't aware they would only have one arm. Since they are not fixed to each other it's very hard to get them all aligned equally. If they are not just right they make a lot of noise reclining from the leather rubbing on the next chair since it shares the next chair's arm.
I picked the octane xl 750. They are very nice, I was extremely concerned ordering seats I've never sat in before. The price was almost a thousand dollars less than the local price. Delivery was not the easiest though. The company contracted to deliver screwed me over. I wasted a vacation day as well as gave up 350 in overtime to be home for delivery. They never showed up and weren't too concerned about it. The customer service rep Katherine Porter was very concerned and made arrangements with another company to deliver my stuff a day later, as well as refunding a sizable amount of money for the error. I appreciated it very much. I was not easy to deal with yet she remained calm. I made it a challenge for sure. Thank you again, I love my chairs.
I have emailed customer service several times about my previous order and never received any response. The site is pretty good, but my experience with the delivery and follow-up has been less than satisfactory.
The delivery is only problem so far. One guy delivered it to my driveway. He said he wasn't allowed to go no further. I had to drag the huge boxes in myself.

On checkout with the discount code LABOR19 I only got a $150.00 discount on a $5k pre-discount order..called and was told the additional discounting would be applied during processing. Will look for an additional discount when processionals is complete.

I was told that if I had two rows of 4 theater seat chairs that I would not need a platform for the back roll. This is not true. If I sit in the chairs in the second row I cannot see over the front row chairs.
In order to see the floor to ceiling and wall to wall image approximately 16 feet wide by 8 feet high, I will have to build a platform for the back row to sit upon.
Also the delivery company did not call me but sent me a email or text which I don't check it often. Therefore they showed up to the house without my knowledge and I was not home to take the delivery. I think they should have called. Eventually I think the next day or two I did get the delivery, but it did cause some additional stress and consternation.
However, All Things Considered we are satisfied with our purchase.

Product is excellent. Poor communication on front end with ordering the product. Too many calling me to verify my order when it should be one person. The other person didn't know I was speaking with someone else. I received 4 calls to confirm even after I confirmed.
Very descriptive web site answering all my questions. Had difficulty finding the cart when I was ready to check out but once I did, all went smoothly.
I have see how good your product and service are before I recommend or repeat any business with you.
Nick with customer service was very good to us in the chat feature and sent us samples right away so that we could take advantage of the Memorial Day sale. I hope the rest of the purchasing process runs this well.
Easy ordering process, but the shipping took really long and once it was finally delivered the silicone bead packaging was busted in 2 of the boxes and was a complete mess and was all over 2 of the 5 chairs we purchased.
Site went down a few times during my browsing, was somewhat concerning, and maybe based on holiday volume.
The website needs to be able to apply better filters while shopping for specific items. But the overall experience was good. Items were great. Checkout was a little confusing as it listed both the individual pieces and full pieces. But overall it was easy and the product is great!
Everything was as indicated. I was contacted both by email and phone call to confirm my order details. Shipping was prompt and as promised. I would buy again and/or recommend. Thanks.
The financing message that came up was annoying, and got in the way of finishing my order. Also, I paid for the 5 year warranty...but it was not clear that it applied to all 3 chairs
I am happy with my online shopping experience (even though I wish there were videos and real customer photos of the product available like on Amazon). I was also happy to see a customer service rep (Nick Paunovich) reach out to me to answer my questions over the weekend so I didn't miss out on completing my decision to purchase over the weekend.
