Adrian just sold my property for me at 1901 Commadore Drive in Anchorage. His contacts and marketing abilities brought in multiple buyers resulting in selling this property above the original asking price. Even with multiple buyers it was a difficult sale with a flawed appraisal throwing a wrench into the works. This required much more work than the simple sale this should have been. Adrian identified the flaws, provided updated value information and worked with lenders to overcome this hurdle. His willingness to put in the extra effort was instrumental in bringing this sale to a conclusion at fair market value!

There are tons of real estate agents in anchorage, AK, just pick an honest one that wants more than your money. Would hate to see you go through what I did. Thanks for taking the time to read.
