So far pretty good, but most items didn't have pics of models wearing clothing or any reviews. This would have been very helpful.

Wish there was a way to try multiple sizes. I keep getting close, but need to try one more size instead. 3rd time now.

Great except if something is sold out it should say when viewing the product and not after its put into the cart.

I'm sure I'll be happy with the product, but was a little upset the promo code for 10% would not work for this product. That alone made me switch over to amazon for a split second to order it for the same cost, but then I cooled down. If it makes it to me by Friday I'll consider buying from you guys again in the future. I guess we'll see

It would be nice to save on 2019 gear with promo codes or free next day shipping on items $1100 and up

Finding items of interest is easy, responses on Chat line a little slow, can't really say much more until items arrive.

As easy as ever, the only better thing would have been if I could have gotten the 10% off coupon to work! Also busted a toe tongue strap on an old Forum destroyer binding, thought I might find a replacement here, no such luck though.

I wish it was easier to filter products down by feature, rather than going into each product's detail page.

Easy to find what you're looking for, just wish the snowboard sizing charts were easier to understand.

Easy browsing and the filter worked great but the "free shipping on $50 & over wasn't clear on what products so I felt obligated to pay for it by the time I checked out. Also you need a selection of combination locks, my grandson loses keys.

Website is very user friendly to get around and find what you are looking for vs other websites. Nice clean and smooth setup

I purchased the vapor glove 3 in size 12, it fits my dad's size 13 foot, so he may want to keep it rather then returning it. I will try your 11.5, hopefully it fits.

Quick and easy but did not like that they do not cover returns, especially for ski boots which are notoriously difficult to fit.

Had a little trouble with coupon code, when I tried using Paypal it wasn't applied, so went back and checked with credit card then it worked.

Shopping online or in person is always fine. Hopefully my package will arrive in a timely fashion this time instead of taking more than a week.

I can't say enough good things about the shoes I got from The House. They are really comfy, and whether you wear them with jeans or a dress, they look fantastic. In the future, I would definitely consider purchasing these again!

I couldn't find a selection to search by size. It would've been easier than looking through five pages of jackets.

The final payment page is a little finicky. I kept having to refresh. But overall, a good experience.
