I put in the code for 5% off of my order which should have been a $30.74 discount and it only gave $9 off.

My first time ordering from this company. Seems to be a Decent site with lots of options. However very few items in my size

First order didn't go through, so I had to start over again. Fortunately, the second time worked. Still, it wasted my time.

Sales team was great however am kind of disappointed about this item being excluded from free shipping when I have purchased many product spent a-lot of money with The-House.

I was offered 2 different 5% discount codes form your website and neither would apply to the product that I purchased

would be nice to have a way to sign up before, and be able to save and compare items. I had to keep things in a cart and hope i didn't accidently close out my browser. if i did and lost the jackets i was looking at, to be honest, i may not have come back to buy, or just started looking elsewhere. also site is klunky, on phone and computer when trying to filter and add more results to a page while clicking to go to next page I'd often get taken back to the beginning of filtered results

The advice received so far was not accurate. The Burton boots run small not true to size and the length of board recommended seems a bit short - we will see on that one.

Didn't know my initial pick was sold out until checkout (maybe I missed a disclaimer). Prices are good though.

I was happy about my shopping experience except for the 5 percent off code only gave me $1.10 off on an $800 purchase but easy to navigate the site and good products I've been a return customer a few years now and typically pretty happy with it

Customer service is a bit shawty. Live chat told me there was no stock left for a coat i already had in my cart then the first person who answered the number given to me was unprofessional and rude. the next guy was very polite and explained what I needed to know. who ever you are contracting with to feild your calls need some training.

I've had good luck ordering gear from here. However, I will likely never again buy clothing unless I have tried on the same piece I want to purchase elsewhere. I wanted to return a shirt simply because the size was off. Paying $9 to return a shirt that is now on sale for under $30 just doesn't make sense. If The House would offer free return shipping for store credit I'd be satisfied. But if I return the shirt I'm stuck eating nearly 1/3 of the cost of the product.

Just a little frustrated with not being able to use my visa gift cards from Xmas because you can't take multiple forms of payment yet I can go to Wendy's and give them three gift cards for a ten dollar meal. Not your fault, just a pain in the butt.

great with options, just wish there were more discounts, even small, with 2019 snowboards. Love your company. I buy everything from you so having something for loyal customers would help!

Pretty good overall. Ran into one glitch I should mention.
clicking on certain bike shoes (Garneau?) under "size/fit," charts came up for helmets and other items but no shoe sizing charts

1 order arrived damaged in two day time. Then took them three days to get me a return label for the product. Never got a confirmation as to wether they received the damage returned product. Got a 'your order' shipped email on January 30th. Just received the replacement product day. I guess there isn't any two day shipping on return/replacement orders.

I dont mind paying shipping, but when I'm lead to believe the price of my purchase will include shipping and then at the end am told my particular item does not qualify, I feel blind sided.

Ordered goggles last week with interchangeable day/night lense and got the same lense.Hope you all had a great holiday season Thank you!

There was a problem checking out with my credit card. It finally worked with the amazon payment option

Don't like the fact that they say it's a site-wide sale but when you go to order the item and put the redemption code in its excluded of course. False advertising.

I had a coupon code but I did not see a place for a coupon code to be put in. I tried adding it on the payment page but it said the code was not valid. CR6571. Maybe the coupon can be added at your end or can I use it on the next order?

The filtering is not as versatile as I whish it was. I d like to be able to chose more than one option in a category, also that the page reloads when I filter is cumbersome. Finally but actually most important, why is there no weight indication for snowboards and bindings, I had to go look it up on other sites (where I could have bought the items to in the end)

Website was rather slow and some more check boxes that could eliminate items we weren't interested in would be helpful

A promotion code popped up while completing my order, tried to use it and said code CR9901 is not valid???
