I had a problem with multiple charges for my membership. The company did not reply to my request. I suspect there are some bots that solicit casual visitors to buy paid memberships. I met The Perfect Partner within a few days of registering. So I stand grateful to Cupid Media.
This is supposed to be a premier established thai site which is why I joined. The joining process is overly complicated and the support from the site owners is virtually non-existant too. And you can do nothing much at all without first upgrading - that's disappointing and a very-1970s style approach. After a few weeks of pointless activity, I deleted the account. The entire experience filled me with the feeling it's a money-grabbing enterprise and nothing more.
With 24 hours, received 171 messages from women of all ages, including women outside the filters I had set. The first three messages I replied to -- the best looking first, of course -- all pushed to exchange email addresses. Immediately upon receiving their emails, they wanted to move over to a different dating app (with another fee, of course). I guess some folks (not necessarily women) make money from those third party sites by luring men over. Fourth woman I interacted with turned out to be fake, too. But only after telling me the camera and microphone on her phone was broken (which is why we couldn't interact in real time) and then asking for a "loan" because her employer was late paying her.
The site itself has warnings so not sure it's their fault but beware of scammers. Red flags are getting you to migrate off the site(eg to Hangouts), early declarations of love, and more. When these occur be careful there's a train coming and it will run you over. The pressure to "help"is bound to happen just before some liason, try & stay detached emotionally
There aren't that many scam profiles here on this site. By scam profiles I mean sexy photoshopped "ladies" wearing the bare minimal and one photo with a serial number after their names, their were words written on the profiles descriptions, albeit how few words their were, and I didn't get a "hey sexy your look good~~~want to send me your contacts so we can..." you get the idea right? So again, if your going to buy subscriptions for this site, get the three months platinum or gold subscriptions plan max. Cause your not going to stay and look for dates for an entire year if you get one in less than a month right? Right...(no cheating right~~~ :))
