I tried to like TFAW and give them a chance but it was an absolute horrible experience. All around it spells this-as little effort as possible.
You will order a book and not get it, then one day they will magically show it as shipping and you will now incur a shipping charge for one book. They didn't get the book when they said they would, and send it with your regular pre-orders? Not their problem, it's on you to pay extra shipping. On top of this, they charge you for bags and boards, so you might as well forget ordering from here due to the expenses, might as well go to your LCS and order there, you will save money. Also the packaging-ever single order had a damaged book. That cardboard mailer they use under 10 books is awful. I took my business elsewhere.

First off they take FOREVER to ship out items, they package comics horribly (they never put a cardboard in a slip cover and if you order more than 1 single issue co.ic they shove them all in one), they lock your credit card in if you have locked in preorders (forcing you to order an object). Other comic book stores when you preorder take the payment then, give you payment option on how you want it shipped and ship it out on release say. NOT these clowns. It's days later they try shipping it out and they take it upon themselves to charge you $24 for shipping. And on their site it says (if you didn't have money to pay) that if you haven't fixed payment within five days the items will dissappear off your list. Nope, they took it upon themselves to ship it out (2 single issue comics that came to a total of $7 they charged me $31 in total) and their customer service is a JOKE. Don't waste your money here.
