This website is located conveniently next to the Texas DMV so that you think you are on their site to renew your drivers license. They actually will take your money and then tell you that all they do is provide you with documents. You can print these documents out for free on the actual Texas DMV website. This website is solely to rip the public off. There is absolutely no benefit to it.
