Please do not use this to renew your driver's license, what they are selling you, is the form that you fill out when you go to your local department of motor vehicles, and also the very same form that is given to you at the department of motor vehicles, the same department of motor vehicles that charges you the same fee, so if you use this website, you will pay them for the documents, then have to carry the documents to your local department of motor vehicles and pay them too, this is a scam
Lies and thrives. Ppl like these need to be shut down. Paid 34.95 for a renewal and got told it was for the damn guidelines book of 23 pages. Fraudulent liars. Now I habe 27 pages all together of what exactly. Lawsuit
I did renewal of my drivers licence after it expired paid the amount I believe was 34.95 and never gor anything when I click on orders I show 1 order but when I click to download or open application I dis goes to 404 forbidden error never got anything from these ppl
Yep, they got me. $35 waste. I'm usually better at catching these. Ashamed of myself for this one. This isn't a renewal site. Its a site that asks you a bunch of questions and takes your money, and then basically says, "congratulations, you can answer the questions you need to answer to get your license renewed at the real renewal location." Angry on this one.
This company is a fraud. They do nothing but repost what you will have to do thru the DMV again, and charge you $ and take your personal information. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and calling my account and lawyer. Do not use or give them information nor money. They don't provide receipts nor proof of purchase. Scam Scam Scam.
Should not even have a website like this. It's good for absolutely nothing! $35 dollars for paperwork to take to the DP Office. If I wanted to take paperwork in, I would have already done that. I wanted to get a replacement only. Well... all I can say is MAKE SURE you go to the official Texas Driver's license website it was ACTUALLY very simple to get a replacement done there and CHEAPER! I could kick myself in the $#*! for not paying more attention. I love how the NOTICE comes up after they already charge you NOT before.
I paid $34 for an online driver's license renewal. After going to the actual DMV to get my license they informed me that the website is a SCAM! I am now working with my bank to get those charges off of my account. The website did nothing for my renewal besides FRAUDULENTLY taking my money! Now they have all of my personal information so I have to worry about how they will use it! DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A FRAUD!
This must be a scam. Nothing to do with renewing license and al you get is pdf that is useless. Couldn't find a way to get a refund either. Avoid at all costs and this place should be shut down.
After you pay for what I thought was the cost to renew my license I found its just paperwork to take to the DMV. Out $35 for absolutely nothing but a download of my information
These types of fraudulent websites are proliferating the internet and entrapping innocent people just wanting to renew their drivers' license. Like many, I was surprised that they had such a presence at the top of Google's search window. I would think Google would do a better job of filtering for sites like this. They have the gall to list themselves as the "OFFICIAL" Texas License Renewal. Amazing that our Texas government is fully aware that this business plays a shell game and changes company names after Class Action Suits - but continues to operate... except now, honest to God, they actually have a clause in their Terms and Conditions that states you waive your right to join a Class Action Lawsuit. In our country's concern from protecting the innocents' right from an overseeing big brother government, we have allowed these unscrupulous "businesses" to take hold and profit on our innocent -- right under our noses and our government can't do anything about it except "warn you". In their terms they state they are actually under the umbrella of GLOBAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, LLC DBA TexasDLP.org supposedly out of Golden Valley, MN. I doubt it. Someplaces they are listed as DLP.org, and others as DLC.org. Just a shell game. When you check the verification certificate it states, "This website does not supply ownership information."
If you are looking to renew your license, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to the following site:
https://txapps.texas.gov/tolapp/txdl/welcome.dl
(IF YOU LIVE IN TEXAS)
This site will have you thinking you will pay $33-34 to do this simply, easy, renewal process online when in actuality it will takes the following information that you'd need to put on the paperwork in person at the DPS and generate those documents for you. Then, it will also provide you a step-to-step guide on how to apply to the correct site (which is provided above), these guides and the information on them can be found with ease on the Texas DPS site and FREE OF CHARGE. The only good thing about them is they do specify that, this is the service they provide (giving the step-by-step guides and the pre-filled forms you need to take if in the case you plan to renew or do anything that you feel like you will need to personally take care of in-person at the DPS). This is all in the "About us" portion of the page, at the top of the site it was noted to say that it is privately owned and not operated by any state government, but IN VERY LITTLE LETTERING. Please do not use this site for real you'll end up paying double the price for no reasons necessary! Thanks for reading and make careful decisions!
Sincerely,
A Fellow Texan
The site makes it seem like they are submitting your renewal for you AND THEY ARE NOT! I WANT A REFUND.
