These types of fraudulent websites are proliferating the internet and entrapping innocent people just wanting to renew their drivers' license. Like many, I was surprised that they had such a presence at the top of Google's search window. I would think Google would do a better job of filtering for sites like this. They have the gall to list themselves as the "OFFICIAL" Texas License Renewal. Amazing that our Texas government is fully aware that this business plays a shell game and changes company names after Class Action Suits - but continues to operate..... except now, honest to God, they actually have a clause in their Terms and Conditions that states you waive your right to join a Class Action Lawsuit. In our country's concern from protecting the innocents' right from an overseeing big brother government, we have allowed these unscrupulous "businesses" to take hold and profit on our innocent -- right under our noses and our government can't do anything about it except "warn you". In their terms they state they are actually under the umbrella of GLOBAL DIGITAL SOLUTIONS, LLC DBA supposedly out of Golden Valley, MN. I doubt it. Someplaces they are listed as, and others as Just a shell game. When you check the verification certificate it states, "This website does not supply ownership information."

Tip for consumers: Most people will come to this site having searched for the Official License Renewal Agency (this company also has them set up in other States). You will think you are filling in a license application but what folks are really doing is filling in their personal info to a fraudulent company who will send you some sort of "guide" they say, about how to then direct you to the real Official site where you can be charged another $25 to get your official license.Best advice is to call companies instead
