I made a purchase from them for my son and I needed it before x-mas, which was 6 days away, and forgot pick the express shipping. In just 2 days I have exchanged 10 emails with them (which is unbelievable response time for online purchases!) They even created a custom page on their website for me to purchase the express shipping. Very awesome experience AND they had the best Prices on name brand hobby RC cars that I could find, I spent 2 days comparing prices to others and found none that were more affordable!
