Finally had it with tescoentertainment.com - have tried to order through them on three separate occasions, and had to cancel orders everytime. Why? They simply don't deliver in time, which is unacceptable when you pre-order in plenty of time, or order an item a least three weeks before an upcoming birthday. There are very good websites offering comparable prices that actually do deliver on time (and in some cases, early) consistently. I would strongly suggest that shoppers consider other outlets before placing an order with these.

This website offers discount prices on a DVD advertised as LIMITED EDITION - TIN PACKAGING (= Disney Silly Symphonies) but they send you an ordinary plastic casing package which is not Limited Edition.
Writing an inquiry, they only reply: "I am sorry this item does only come in the standard packaging and does not come with a tin casing." And you are offered to return the package.
SO WHY SUCH A TEMPTING ADVERTISEMENT?
They also advertise that items are shipped within 3 days of order...
I am still waiting for another DVD ordered since 3/6/09... Not yet shipped = 13 days!
I wonder if I am an exceptional unlucky customer?
PS: Following my complaint they have now amended the item concerned. No More Limited Edition TIN PACKAGING.
