My experience with Tenorshare has been deeply disappointing, extending beyond product failure into blatant ethical violations and a final broken promise.

1. Product Failure & Data Loss:
I purchased their WhatsApp transfer software, and it failed completely, resulting in the WhatsApp app disappearing from my source phone and the complete loss of my chat history. Their initial support response was unhelpful, blaming the user or device/system issues.

2. Ethical Misconduct (Review Bribery):
After leaving a honest 1-star review detailing my experience, Tenorshare immediately contacted me (Oct 31,2025) and offered a full refund ONLY on the express condition that I remove my negative Trustpilot review. This practice is manipulative and unethical, clearly demonstrating that they prioritize suppressing negative feedback over genuine customer service.

3. The Final Broken Promise:
When I called them out on this unprofessional behavior, they changed tack and offered a "full refund as a gesture of goodwill" (Nov 2,2025), claiming they respected my right to express my experience. However, it has now been over a month since they made this final, unconditional commitment, and the promised refund (approx. 70 AED) has still not been processed.

I have requested proof of transaction (ARN/Transaction ID) multiple times but have received none, confirming they never intended to issue the refund.

Conclusion:
This company uses refunds as bait to manipulate its public rating, and even when forced to offer a refund unconditionally, they fail to deliver. I strongly believe that many of their positive reviews are fake or paid for, as their actual customer service reflects zero integrity. Save your money and protect your data—do not trust Tenorshare.

Recommend Avoiding this company at all costs! My daughter mistakenly purchased this program thinking it was the program she needed for school. Within 15 minutes of purchase, I completed the request for a refund, explaining the situation and the company offered other products, which are not needed, but refused to refund purchase!

Despite what their website states, it will delete your data. They will not refund your money. And my device is still no unlocked.

Unable to cancel on their website. If you buy get ready for a headache to cancel. And the product did not work - all of this stenches of SCAM!

This app helped me fix m iPhone 7 which could not be fixed using any other means such as iTunes. This was my last ray of hope and it would be useful to you as well for resetting your device in one click and other features.

On m'a donné un Ipad 4th Génération bloqué sur le verrouillage d'écran et dont la personne ne connaissait pas le code ni le compte et l'identifiant APPLE et ICLOUD. J'avais essayé avec un autre logiciel d'une marque concurrente qui m'a bloqué l'iPad en phase de récupération iTunes. Impossible d'en sortir.
Je me suis tourné vers tenorshare Réiboot qui m'a réparé le système IOS et mon IPad a redémarré.
Je conseille vivement ce logiciel qui possède beaucoup de fonctionnalités pour résoudre divers problèmes.
Je ne suis pas déçu de la marque tenorshare dont je possède également 4 4DDiG Windows Boot Genius et qui est également très utile.
Je recommande vivement les logiciels tenorshare et félicite l'équipe de l'assistance technique pour la rapidité de réponse et leur réactivité a apporter des solutions concrètes et applicables

I purchased 4ukey my computer stoped working so i tride my other but tenorshare did not help me they said ihad to pay for it again but later read that they could have helped me but did not instead they told me to do a five star review and they would then give me the code very bad business so i must admit that i did do it but change of heart hear is the email

ReiBoot is aiming to fix iOS system problems.

I have an iPad, which is in a reboot-loop, and can not be fixed with the built-in MacOS software, when the iPad is connected to my MacBookPro.

I reached out to the support of Tenorshare to ask, if their product "ReiBoot" can help to solve my problem.

The support was very responsive, even on the weekend, and even without being a customer, they already try to help me.

They gave me a comprehensive list of tips and information to troubleshoot already beforehand. The support also offered to help me to analyze the reason of any potential failure or problem with their software functionally, in case it could not fix my problem. And they offered me a money refund, if they don't have a solution for it.

This company looks very legit to me and I feel very comfortable to give it a try.

Love this site it's the best have never had any problems with any products they offer and If I have they are there immediately to help resolve the issue

I have a tenorshare Reiboot software were the software will not work on my new computer. The tenorshare Reiboot software is Registered to my old computer so will not work on my new computer. I asked tenorshare customer service assistants if they can delete my old Registration to old computer and they said no but They can offer me 1 Registration to my new PC and 2 Devices after giving them A Review. I will then have to send them the screenshot of my review as proof of my review.

We subscribed to TenorShare, believing the key would unlock 5 devices. However, we later found out it incurs monthly fees, which turned out to be costly and not valuable for our needs. When approached, customer service directed us to their policy, implying they were justified in charging for unused services. This experience left us feeling misled and dissatisfied with both the cost and the customer support approach of TenorShare.

It works without any problems, if there is a problem, you can get sofort help from support team, go to use it.

My iPhone got stuck on the apple logo because I had no memory and this just fixed it but with loss all the data
