I have bought Tenorshare 4DDiG to repair over a 100+ photos that became corrupted.
While testing their trial version is has been displayed that some of my photos would be repaired in full resolution hinting a proper fix, but all I got was a thumbnail enlarged to 640x480 down from 20MP. The problem is that even photos with just a small band of corrupted pixels would not be fixed anyhow only result was thumbnail. One is simply better off with just cropping a bad part out.

If their software can find a thumbnail for your photo = "bam recovered" if not "oh use this advanced repair button, didn't work? Oh well" which always fails anyhow, hence there is not an option for advanced repair in case your photo is mostly ok save those few bad pixels. Whole idea revolves around enlarged thumbnail but they claim XX years of experience and AI technology, Advanced algorithms buzzwords.

And if You aren't convinced yet, You take perfectly fine non corrupted photo for repair and guess what you get an enlarged thumbnail.

Screwed up my iPhone and I could not get into my iPhone for a week
After I download the software that claims it can transfer files from iPhone to Mac laptop.
Would not recommend anybody to use this CCP CHINA HONG KONG software
I am sure there are built in CCP CHINA spyware since it does not work and do anything else.

I bought their product to reboot my iphone X but didn't work at all and all i want is my refund and are not replying me back. I freakin paid $42 for that

Purchased software from this company to help bypass MDM on my IPad. Their software didn't work and was not performing as it should. I sent an email to technical support waiting for a reply. They replied and told me to restart my device, which didn't work. Waited longer for another response and finally got fed up and purchased a different software from another company that worked correctly. I emailed technical support back and asked for a refund. They told me that there was nothing wrong with their product and "I changed my mind" because they have up to 30 days to help me fix the problem. That is complete BS. I should not have to wait up to 30 days for them to troubleshoot because their software is not working correctly. I wanted access to my iPad that same day. Their technical support team was not helpful and did not help fix the situation, now they refuse to refund my money for a product that doesn't work. This company is awful and will never recommend to anyone. They don't even deserve the 1 star they are getting.

Tenorshare Reiboot for Android is a great software for Android users who want to fix issues at one go. It has got very good features that can satisfies most users. One can definitely try it out.

I tried to move my WhatsApp history from my old iPhone to my new Samsung. However, the Google restore process failed for some reason. But, the Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer worked just fine!

My cousin had a black screen on his phone and he couldn't fix until he used reiboot. It really works and it can also get you out of recovery mode for free. You have to get this!

I trailed IAnyGo for spoofing for pokemon go and it has been very useful. But after getting the full version, everything became amazing. Now, I can't go without it.

I purchased Tenor Reiboot for Mac in hopes of restoring an iPhone stuck in reboot mode. I made this purchase based upon reviews of the software. After multiple attempts to restore the iPhone using the licensed software, the phone ultimately had to be replaced.
I requested a full refund due to my dissatisfaction within 24 hours of purchase. Through email correspondence with the company logs were requested by the company. Despite multiple attempts to access the logs on my Mac, I have been unable to provide these allusive logs.
As I was unable to provide the logs to show my attempts to use the product to achieve the restoration I was offered a 30% refund and a perpetual license. This is unacceptable and now my card has been charged again.
I purchased said software. I attempted to use said software to restore an iPhone. Within 24 hours of purchase I had requested a full refund due to dissatisfaction and the iPhone was replaced.
As it remains, I do not in any way recommend interacting with this company. The software could possibly work; however, the company has not followed through with the refund as addressed at the time of purchase.

My iPhone 12 bricked and I could not fix using iTunes so I bought Tenorshare Reiboot online. The softwear could not fix so i went to apple store and boom fixed. Asked Reiboot for refund and many emails later, I was told NO. Scam DO NOT RISK IT $50 AUD ill never get back.

Beware of their illegal tactics!

I downloaded their free version because the ad I saw said they could recover lost iMessages in my phone. As I started to use the free version I was clicking around trying to figure out how to use the software. There was a big blue button that said recovery on it. I thought to myself, that must be where I recover my lost data. My phone was already plugged into my laptop charging and so the moment I clicked recovery my phone literally went into recovery mode. At that point I tried hitting the button that takes the phone out of recovery mode but Tenorshare wouldn't allow that until I purchased the software. I tried all the Apple suggestions first but nothing worked get it out of recovery mode. So I was forced to buy Tenorshare to get the feature to remove my phone from recovery mode. Once I had the software it was fully incapable of performing the data recovery it advertised it could complete.

I have reported them to the FTC for bait and switch as it falls under the Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act.

I bought REIBOOT and was surprised to the capabilities of the software. I had multiple phones acting up with various problems. REIboot fixed them all. Thanks!

I bought Tenorshare software on June 11,2023. On June 12,2023, I canceled it. On June 12,2023, I received a confirmation email from Tenorshare customer support stating that it was canceled. I was checking my Credit card statement this past April 2024 and noticed the Tenorshare charge of $29.95. They have been charging me every month since June of 2023. I contacted customer support on April 25th. I sent them the cancellation notice they had sent in June of 2023, and they have still as of today May 5,2024 have not refunded my money. I keep following up and they just say they are looking into it. Of course I blocked them on the credit card.
I Looked them up to file a complaint on the BBB website, they say the company address in Wilmington Delaware is a virtual office.

I see from my research I am not the only one this happens too. I am wondering what can be done besides spreading the word. What levers can we pull to hold them accountable?

I bought a month's license of ReiBoot, to fix my iPhone 6s, but instead of fixing the issue, my iPhone stops starting after I did install the ReiBoot software or restore, so I could get my iPhone fixed and i lost 40$!

Product does not work and they will not refund. Customer service is some foreign company and will not refund after it deleted everything from my phone and did not work. BEWARE> SCAM

Good service software to replace the iTune on Transferring data. I will recommend this software to my friend and those who think iTune is difficult to use
