I had a problem with my Iphone and the Tenorshare ReiBoot software promised to solve exactly that kind of problem called "4013".

After buying it on-line and doing exactly as needed, the software did not solve the problem and apparently I have waited a few hours from my day and also energy to do other important stuff.

I sent a request to the company to refund me for the money I paid, because the software didn`t help and I did not used it what so ever and after wasting another 2 weeks time to deal with this issue by back and forth emails with the company`s so called "service" - the response was that they won`t do it.

I didn`t understand why they want to keep my 20 something dollars after not providing value and wasting a tremendous amount of time and energy from me so I write this review for other to not fall into that trap and take care of where you put your money and trust.

Feel like I have been scammed and it does not worth the waist of your money.

* also keep in mind that the software enforce you to sign up with subscription model that they want you to forget that you did so they can charge you more money and put the blame on you by not cancelling the hidden software`s subscription that will take you a very long time to find.

I use iAnyGo and UltData.
They are not major companies in Japan, but their support is good and helpful.
I am looking forward to new service offerings.

As I must have the worst look in the world I've had two laptops great tenoshare has been so gracious as to help me many times over when I didn't understand the program or I needed help to try to download it again or whatever the case may be they're great I'd recommend them to anybody

The program works as it should. Quick answer to my problem, and when I previously changed the product from a one-year membership to a life timet one, I quickly received a refund. I recommend.

I faced a problem with the order, but the support ticket was answered very quickly and issue resolved in no time. I am happy with the purchase and do recommend it. Go for it.

It is the best software to use to unlock any apple devices. It has been useful, reliable and efficient. The other positive hand is the support team. They help the used every time.

The software is very much capable of removing the lock and password if you ever forget any of these to make it work in device.

You can't cancel the auto renewal by yourself, you'll have to email them in order to to cancel it and even if you email them they'll say that they've canceled it they will charge you again!
